  Michael was great in helping diagnose and repair AC unit for my Grandparents. He gave us good recommendations and provide excellent service. Highly recommend his and the company service. They were quick in dispatching them out to my area in 30 minutes.

  I recently had my HVAC System in at my Carrabelle serviced by Advanced Air Care Heating & Cooling and was a fantastic experience! My technician was Brandon Stephens. Brandon’s outstanding efforts with ensuring that my system was running efficiently and provided a complete detailed PM on my semi-annual scheduled service. Brandon receives “5” stars for his exceptional service. Specifically, He assisted with completing the PM on my HVAC system. He also assisted with redirecting the condensation line to ensure the water was moving away and flowing properly. He thoroughly checked to ensure that the air handler was working properly with the outside compressor. I would highly recommend this HVAC company and would like to thank Brandon for his attention to detail, commitment to excellence and overall one of the best technicians that is serviced my HVAC at my home, thank you Michael
