  Five Stars, without question. I had Artic Air Home Services replace the entire duct system in my home - a job that was anything but straightfoward. The old system was under the house, in rough shape, and essentially non-functional. Not an easy project by any measure. They sent Alan and Stewart - I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They tackled the removal of the old system without complaint, sealed off the old ducts properly, installed the new system with meticulous attention to detail - checking everything to make sure there were no leaks - and then cleaned up completely when they were done - and I mean completely. What really stood out is their dedication. They stayed late to make sure the job was finished right, not just finished. That kind of work ethic and professionalism is genuinely rare these days. If you're looking for a company that takes pride in the details and sends people who actually care about the quality of their work, look no further. Artic Air has earned a customer for life.   We’ve had a great experience using Arctic Air for several home projects! They installed our new water softener, handled our AC maintenance, and even did the outdoor lighting in our backyard. Every team member was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The quality of work was excellent, and everything was completed efficiently. Highly recommend Arctic Air for any home service needs!

  We had the privilege of Josh Jensen coming out to service our HVAC system today. Not only was he on time, professional, and extremely friendly, but also 100% knowledgeable about our unit and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend this company as well as this technician and we will definitely be using their services again!!

  We recently had Arctic Air Home Services update our electrical panel and run power to a new building on our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They gave us a very fair quote, showed up professionally, completed the work efficiently, and everything turned out great. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and communicated well throughout the entire project. It’s hard to find contractors who combine quality work with professionalism and fair pricing, but Arctic Air Home Services delivered on all three. Highly recommend them for any electrical work or home service needs!

  We decided to replace our 19 year-old air conditioner before it broke. Travis came to assess our system for replacement, was very thorough and knowledgeable with his assessment (climbed under house too) and made good suggestions. Robert and Stewart were our installers. All were courteous, answered our questions, took care to not walk in our home with shoes, shook hands and knew us by first name. Artic Air impressed us with sending a notification with picture of who the installers and people were coming to our home before they arrived. Communications were excellent! We signed a contract and did not pay until the job was finished. The job was completed in less than half a day and we are very happy with the experience!
