When you travel 3 days and arrive on the 4th day from NY, and your AC does not work? And it’s 85 degrees? These folks were called at 4:00pm, arrived at 5:00pm and had us up and running by 530-6pm. I am so grateful to them for being so efficient, not ripping me off and fixing our AC in a quick fashion! Thank you so much, I highly recommend them!

I have used rainbow lakes heating and air several times. It is clear the owners want to help their customers and have their best interest in mind. This place is run with honesty and they are so easy to work with. I feel like they have gone above and beyond exceptional service. I had several other hvac companies come out in the dunnellon area and they were trying to sell me on complete system replacements as my only option and telling me the entire house needed “re-engineered”. Rainbow lakes fixed my problem asap and I haven’t had any issues since. I can’t say enough good words about them.
