Excellent experience with this plumbing company. They were professional, knowledgeable, and showed up on time They quickly figured out the problem, explained what needed to be done, and completed the work efficiently Everything was left clean and working perfectly\. Fair pricing and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber
He was early, that was great. Very understanding and professional, listened to what I had to say, had a solution for my concerns and was able to clear my drain quickly and cleanly, for a fair price.
I would not hesitate to have Gus services take care of my future service needs.
We had a new laundry tub installed, new shower and kitchen sink fixtures to replace the old ones, a garage disposal removed and a repaired drain in a bathroom sink. We had it done all in one day. Our technician Kahlil was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Sometimes it’s not about finding the cheapest contractor around, but finding one like Gus. Spending a lot of money is never easy but to have good reliable service sure helps!

I had a leaking shower head and Gus's Plumbing came out the same day to fix it. Unfortunately it was installed incorrectly and I only had cold water coming out of my shower.
There were some communication issues with arrival time of the technician however when Khalil did arrive he immediately put my mind at ease and fixed the problem in under 5 minutes. He tested everything and ensured me as the customer was 100% happy with his repair. I would recommend asking for him if you call plumbing by Gus for your plumbing needs

I called for an emergency water heater failure that had water literally bursting through electrical outlets downstairs. While dealing with that situation, I was quoted $3,404.40 for a 40-gallon water heater replacement. I immediately called another reputable plumbing company and was quoted roughly half the price for a comparable replacement.
What really bothered me was the sales approach. During an actual emergency involving water and electricity, I was being shown additional products and pamphlets and questioned about other services, including my A/C. Their proposal even included a $1,350 Halo descaler option. At that point it felt like I had a salesperson in my house instead of someone focused on helping me through an emergency, and I told the technician to leave.
This used to be a plumbing company I trusted and had a good opinion of. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, my experience was completely different. Between the pricing and the aggressive attempt to sell additional services during an emergency, I no longer trust their recommendations and will not use them again.
