David and the guys at Floor Depot did a fantastic job with our flooring project at our On Top of the World condo. Living in South Florida, we had planned a prolonged stay in Clearwater to upgrade our floors to luxury vinyl plank, but David worked with us every step of the way to save us the travel time. Via phone & email, he helped us select the floors we wanted, provided the paperwork required for HOA approval at OTOW, completed the entire flooring project, and sent photos along the way, so we could stay in South Florida throughout the process. The floors look great. We are pleased with the floors, the process, and the professionalism shown by Floor Depot.

We had an incredible experience with Floor Depot in Dunedin, and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough! We actually came to Floor Depot after having a terrible experience with a large nationwide flooring company. The quality of both the flooring and the installation was so disappointing that we realized we had made a huge mistake and needed to completely change direction. That’s when we found Floor Depot, and the difference between the two experiences was night and day. From the very beginning, the customer service was incredible. While we were still deciding on flooring, they let us take home large wood samples so we could actually see how they looked throughout our house. They even drove to our home to swap out some of the samples for us! It’s 2026, when it sometimes feels like genuine customer service has disappeared, but Floor Depot still has it!!! We ultimately had wood flooring installed throughout our second and third floors, plus brand-new carpet in our office and on two sets of stairs. We chose a thicker carpet padding for the stairs, which made such a difference and feels amazing. David, Greg, and both the wood and carpet installation teams were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was honest, ethical, hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the quality of the finished product. The craftsmanship still blows me away. With our previous flooring, I would walk around the house constantly thinking about how badly I wanted to replace it. Now I walk around and just think, “These floors are GORGEOUS.” It completely changed how I feel about our home. If you’re looking for flooring, especially if you value quality workmanship and actual customer service, go to Floor Depot in Dunedin. Working with a great local company made all the difference for us, and we will absolutely be back when we’re ready to add new carpet to the remaining rooms in our house. Thank you, Floor Depot, for giving us our beautiful floors AND restoring my faith in customer service! ❤️

Blocking emergency exit with a saw and materials. Very rude when I asked him to move it.
