  Sawyer and Marik were excellent! They were here in less than 1/2 hr after we called Dunedin Plumbing! They spent the day fixing the burst pipe. They worked well as a team and problem solved the whole time. They cleaned up well. Highly recommend this pair of plumbers!

  I had a terrible emergency on Friday night around 11:00. I was desperate. Gushing water from under my bathroom sink. I called Dunedin Plumbing the dispatcher sent the message to Mark, who was on another emergency in Tarpon Springs. He called me back and heard the gushing water and desperation in my voice. He was kind enough to call Dunedin Emergency Unility, placed his phone on speaker, and continued working. He was on hold for 10 minutes. After accessing both emergencies he new I was in REALLY BIG TROUBLE. He called another tech to come and finish the job in Tarpon and rushed to my property, approximately 28 minutes. Dunedin Utility arrived at the same time he did, by the way the Dunedin Utility representative had no idea where to shut of the water. Are you kidding me? To say the least I was absolutely EXHAUSTED because I was filling buckets and dumping water into the tub. I was desperate not to have me house flood beyond the bathroom. Mark did everything he could for me that night and I am so grateful. BTW, I opted to have a manual water main shut off valve installed on the following Monday so, GOD FORBID, anything like this ever happens again I can shut everything off myself.

  I am a single 77 year old woman who was taken advantage of by Dunedin Plumbing Inc. I had been a loyal customer for over 9 years so when I noticed a leak in my 15 year old toilet I didn’t hesitate to call them. They charged me $487 to fix a leak in a 15 year old toilet and after 2 visits it still leaked.I learned that the 1st plumber was let go shortly after my service call but the owners refused to work with me or refund my money. Another company sold me a new toilet and installed it for a total of $521.

  They came out yesterday morning to fix a sewer backup issue. Within 30 mins they were "done" and the issue was fixed according to them. The guy actually said they didn't push anything out and it could've been lint from the washer. Charged me $250. I got home from work today to the same issue. Called them back and the on call guy told me it would be another $250 to fix it. Is there no warranty at all? It's been less than 48 hours and I guess I gifted them $250 for 30 minutes of not fixing an issue. Asked to talk to his supervisor to see what could be done and said he could call him once he got here and I pay the other $250. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS????
