  We have had wonderful service from Dunedin Plumbing since we moved to Dunedin 5 years ago. Specifically, Evan has been so great to work with as he’s really smart and communicates everything very well. He looks for ways to make our systems work better and at the most cost effective way possible. We will always use Dunedin Plumbing and Evan. Jeff & Jenny Morris

  Great experience! This was my first major plumbing issue, and Dunedin Plumbing was wonderful through the entire process. I appreciate they were able to get me on the schedule within hours of my call. Roland was very kind and did a fantastic job! He was able to get things fixed very quickly! I would highly recommend Dunedin Plumbing and Roland for any of your future plumbing needs!

  Absolutely wonderful experience with Dunedin Plumbing last week. Roland showed up during the window that was previously given to us and was polite and professional while on site within our home. Roland completely described what was needed to fix our problem and also offered options to make things more affordable for us. He was an absolute joy to work with...Would not hesitate to call on this company again..

  While finishing up some DIY, we foolishly drilled into a water pipe. Patrick came out after hours and replaced the section quickly. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing, how he was doing it, and why he was doing it. He provided us with multiple repair options and was very clear about the emergency after hours cost for our repair. He was honest and thorough! I’ve used Dunedin Plumbing a half a dozen times in the last decade, but my experience with Patrick was the best I’ve had so far. I highly recommend this business for plumbing repairs, and even more so, I highly recommend Patrick for the job.

  Our newly-purchased (old) condo ended up with "hidden" serious plumbing problems, not mentioned by the standard home inspector at time of purchase, resulting in outrageous insurance costs unless we spent about $4K on former owners' jerry-rigged systems (plumbing and electrical). Rick and Zac of Dunedin Plumbing spent almost a whole day with us, making all the plumbing stuff right, including a new hot-water-heater to replace the prior corrosion encrusted pipe and replace PVC with copper. They also had to replumb all three under-sink pipes, which had angles which were not consistent with good drainage. Rick is very good at explaining how something that might seem OK to owners is actually deleterious long-term and could possibly be dangerous. His friendly personality and good humor were very reassuring -- pleasant to have in the home. For the amount of time and materials, the cost was reasonable, setting the stage for prevention of future disasters. Office Manager Chantal was also very pleasant and knowledgeable, keeping good track of our needs and progress over about a one-month process.
