In addition to almost no service done in 60 minutes , other than clean the drain , he advised the Freon pressure was off but refused to add any Freon for extra fees , because he said my ductwork needed to be replaced ( $20,000) Then he proceeded to badmouth the Owner , saying Gen Mgr Dan Howell and a colleague Dan Deroser left because of poor pay . Refused to leave my property without payment for nothing I had this company install these units brand new and they are regularly serviced by them . Never had a bad experience till today
