I had a good experience with the customer service, and the staff was helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the quality of the products I purchased. I paid around $700+ for the mobile home door, and I also purchased the door lock from them. I honestly expected much better quality for the price. I haven’t even had the door for 2 years, and I’m already having multiple problems with it. The lock is not working properly, the door is coming apart, and the weather seal is not doing its job. Water is getting inside my home when it rains, which is a serious issue. While I appreciate the good customer service, the actual products have been very disappointing. For $700, I expected a door and lock that would last much longer than two years, be properly sealed, and function correctly. Unfortunately, I do not feel that my purchase was worth the money.

They had what we needed but the 1st guy we asked said they didn't. We spotted it ourselves.
