Super professional company and personnel. Very responsive, very clear about every aspect of the service call. Danny, my service technician arrived early and really took care of my concerns. So glad to have found such an excellent Generac dealer.

Our technician Brandon Young was outstanding!!! Explained everything in detail and left the site clean as whistle!!! That said, the customer service side of the house for making appointments is deplorable. If you wanted a case study on what not to do to your customers this is the place to look. Takes way too long getting through the AI only having to wait an inordinate amount of time for someone to answer the phone. This needs to get fixed!!!

Service man was very polite, he answered all my questions, showed me things I need to be aware of and how to run tests on my generator. He left the area clean and was very organized.

Tom took the time to explain how to use the app, maintain and operate the generator. He gave us written directions on everything we went over. Very happy with our operational review. Tom answered all our questions and made us comfortable operating and maintaining our generator.

He is very professional, proficient. And needed no interaction from me. He confirmed he got everything and that everything was in great working order.for once, something went as we were told it would!!!
