  Technician AJ Vanduyn was on time. Also very courteous and respectful. Found the problem and fixed it. Ran the test to make sure that the generator would work properly. I've had other technicians come out to do work for me that weren't as polite courteous and informed as AJ is. I would recommend your company and AJ to friends who have a Generac. Also I would like to add that AJ was not afraid of my geese.

  GREAT SERVICE! The service was easy to book, they communicated exquisitely. Well, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a great experience. Got the generator up and working just in time for the windy season.

  The last place I hired to do yearly maintenance did not return a month later when I called because my 10 year old Generac would not start and showed “low battery”. They were discussing REPLACING the generator. (They had just replaced the battery.) GenerX sent AJ out. He replaced the battery. The generator started right up, and he assured me we did NOT need to replace the generator. (Generac generators can last between 20-30 years with proper maintenance-look it up!) According to Generac, GenerX is listed number one in this area for servicing Generac generators. Don’t waste your time and money with anyone else!

  Had Brandon out to do some warranty work he was great very polite and professional also talked to Matt I had a bunch of questions and he took the time to explain everything even my dumb questions I highly recommend Generx if you need anything for your generator or looking to get one

  We have a 2008 20kw air cooled generac generator with an automatic transfer switch and load shedding feature. It runs like brand new because of GenerX. They were just out because the generator was not working, they were able to fix it and find the root cause (I used aftermarket spark plugs that caused the issue). They suspected the starter or coils, but started from the simplest reason and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend them for all your home or work generator needs!!
