  I had a Generac generator installed over a month ago and after at least four visits after the installation they cannot get it working properly.

  Bo”s generators did a great professional job. From the salesman to Roger the electrician to the plumbing crew . The best thing I liked was that everyone was professional and exactly what to do

  Brandon was punctual and diagnosed an issue that was caused by faulty wiring. During storms the generator would start and then the low pressure warning would come on shutting it down. He had a temporary fix and is getting the proper parts so that we’re back to factory specs. Thank you, Brandon

  The other night Lightning hit our home the destroyed my upstairs loft/man cave and house electricity. As you can see from the attached picture it destroyed the back up generator circuit box. Called GenerX as soon as I woke up at 0830 and by 9am I was speaking with a representative and thankfully they was able to get a tech at the house immediately. Brandon arrived by 10am to start fixing everything. I had to get another electrician to take care of damaged electrical stuff inside the house, but the professionalism and execution that was required for both of them to do their job was outstanding. Literally one of those situations where I can’t fix this until you fix that but while you fixing that I can fix that way when you finish up with fixing that I have this fixed so you can do your portion of that problem while I go back to fix the thing that was broken that I couldn’t fix before. Wow that was a crazy tongue twister explanation. But anyway Brandon was great. He did a detailed invoice, took many pictures for my insurance claim and even as a courtesy checked a few other things to help give a heads up for when the AC guy arrived. My only complaint which was annoying at the time considering my house was struck by lightning and the ordeal and stress of all the stuff I was about to start dealing with is the wait/queue/hold line when I was calling to request the service. Got disconnected few times and had a long wait, BUT that’s not enough for me to downplay the OUTSTANDING service I received. It’s more of a heads up to other customers as in a hey, heads up. You may initially be worried at the get go, but once you speak with a representative, ease your mind and worries because you’re about to get taken care of with quality service.
