  I have been a property manager for 14 years, I have been using First on Site, when they were called Super Restoration. Yes, you can use another company; however, they are not the same, JP forms a personal relationship with all his clients. There is a sense of family and when I pick up the phone whether it was 10 years ago or now, the response is always right away; they are here with all the equipment they need, always professional, they have great reporting during the mitigation which is important when filing a claim. The offer many other services important in our line of work, such hazardous cleaning, duct cleaning and I believe other services. Thank You First on Site from a Loyal Client.

  I had an excellent experience working with First Onsite, specifically Giuseppe and JP. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, organized, responsive, and extremely attentive to the details of the work being performed. The project required careful coordination and specialized cleaning, and the crew handled everything with a high level of professionalism. They properly protected the work areas, maintained a clean and safe environment, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure the work was completed thoroughly before the final walkthrough. Giuseppe did an outstanding job managing and coordinating the project, and both he and JP demonstrated a strong work ethic and genuine commitment to getting the job done correctly. Their communication, documentation, follow-through, and willingness to address concerns made the entire process much easier from a property-management and engineering standpoint. It is refreshing to work with a restoration team that understands the importance of quality workmanship, safety, communication, and accountability. I would not hesitate to work with Giuseppe, JP, and the First Onsite team again and would highly recommend them for commercial restoration and emergency-response work. Excellent job and thank you both for the professionalism and support throughout the project.
