  Tony was very professional and assisted me with my AC issues. He sent a technician over to assess my concerns, which i thought was a bad condensor fan motor. Ended up only needing an inexpensive capacitor (flux, lol) and all is great now. Manny was super nice and knowledgeable. Super quick response as well. We greatly appreciate it 🙏

  About 17 years ago, a friend recommended Island Air. They have more than exceeded my expectations. The configuration of my house is awkward, so my AC has always been a less than stellar performer (not the company's fault....thank the original builder....) but Island Air has responded quickly both during and after hours every time I have needed service. I have the yearly contract, as well as a ten year parts and labor warranty on my current AC unit. All of the service technicians have been professional and very qualified to do the job. It is not easy for them to work in this heat in my attic to service the AC! I have them do the preventative maintenance every six months. They always take the time to answer any questions I have. This past two months there have been many issues with the AC and every time I needed them they were here quickly day or night. Rich and Caleb did a great job installing a much needed new drain line even when others thought it couldn't be done. Rich, Erwin and Joey (the service manager) didn't give up...They put their heads together and really worked to trouble shoot and solve many issues, replacing parts as needed to keep my AC cooling the house. I am sure I am missing some names, (sorry if I missed your name) but thanks to the staff in the office and in the field.....Steve, Dennis, Ken, Elaina, Noellia, Rich, Erwin, Joey, Eva, Lauren, Jeremy......They may not be the least expensive option, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Island Air for your AC needs.

  I thought I had a big problem with my A/C, but then Dennis from Island Air Conditioning came out to take a look. He indicated that it was not as bad as I thought. He fixed the problem and it cost a lot less than I was expecting. My place is cold now. Thank you Dennis

  Our A/C went out Friday and I called the after hours numbers. Within 20 minutes I had a call back from Erwin who said he would be at my house in 20 min. Within 10 minutes Erwin had found the problem and immediately started working on the fix. Erwin was so polite, sooooo clean and such a gentleman. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Island Air. They are the best. You know they say not all super hearos wear caps but in South Florida when it is 100 degrees and 90% humidity the HVAC guys that work out in this heat and fix our air conditioner are real hero's! They need to be recognized and appreciated more. Thank you Island A/C and Erwin for getting us back up and running in no time! Island is the best company in the industry! Highly recommend! If google had an option for 10 or 20 stars Island would get 20! Fantastic job and we were so very thankful!
