- SLSusan Ludeman4 days ago5.0Dennis went above and beyond when he arrived at my home for a service call. Not only did he correct the minor issue at hand, he also checked all my filters, adjusted the direction of my overhead fans and checked the second system in my home. He was courteous and informative. I couldn’t be more pleased!!! I will be requesting him for every visit. Thank you, Dennis!
- RRRosana RossoSep 25, 20261.0When I called the technician to come and check my ac I had a problem with the thermostat. Apparently the machine worked but the thermostat did not follow the temperature that was really in the environment. We continue with the same problem and after 45 days they told us that there is no longer a guarantee of service. I think it's a lack of responsibility for the company, because the problem remains the same, they should come at no cost to re-analyse the problem
- JOJamie OwensSep 9, 20265.0Manny and Kaleb replaced a drain line in our office today. They were courteous. They made the repairs in a timely manner and cleaned up after. They made the repair easy for us.
- MRmark rosenbergAug 31, 20265.0Just switched to Island Air. I worked with Amanda and she was great.
- ELEric LaineJul 23, 20265.0Tony was very professional and assisted me with my AC issues. He sent a technician over to assess my concerns, which i thought was a bad condensor fan motor. Ended up only needing an inexpensive capacitor (flux, lol) and all is great now. Manny was super nice and knowledgeable. Super quick response as well. We greatly appreciate it 🙏
