It’s not every day you find a legit construction company. Hard working, upfront, honest! I would call them 100 out of 100 times

I used ESConstruction Unlimited to do my condo renovation. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and informative during the process guiding me every step of the way. I have recommended them to friends in my community here in Delray.

What a great experience we had with ESConstruction! Eric was hands on! We explained what we needed done. He supplied us with an estimate of the work to be done, and his estimate was a bit lower than we were even expecting. Awesome! He kept us up to date on his progress. Informed us of any delays in shipping or aquiring custom materials. Great communication! And we just loved how the total remodel of our rented house came out!! The kitchen was completely redone! The bathrooms were upgraded, including lighted mirrors and tub refinished! All walls and ceilings throughout the house were cleaned, holes filled, painted (2 coats), and looked amazing when finished. He also updated our plumbing fixtures. Updated our lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms!! (What a difference) The garage, including floors, shelves, and ceilings were painted and sealed. Windows and blinds were fixed or replaced. The master bedroom floors were upgraded and came out looking amazing. The tile floors were professionally cleaned, and came out great! All and all I would recommend ESConstruction to anyone looking for a Contractor that is fair, caring, and does the work as if it was his own home!! Great job Eric!! THANK YOU!!

I had ESConstruction Unlimited remove all of my outdated carpet and install new flooring in my Delray condo in Kings Point. Eric was great and easy to work with from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the results and will be using him for future renovations.
