We had a great experience working with Paulo and his team on my mom’s home remodel. Paulo was very helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to walk me through each step, answer my questions and make sure I understood what was happening along the way. He was also very responsive whenever I called or needed anything, which made the renovation process much easier. Most importantly, my mom is very happy with her newly renovated home, and that means everything to us. We truly appreciate Paulo’s help, communication and attention throughout the project and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a general contractor.

1st Ranked Contractors did the porcelain paver driveway and front entry at my house and I couldn't be happier with how it came out. The large-format tile is laid dead straight — the lines run clean all the way from the street to the garage, spacing is consistent, and the cuts around the edges and the entryway are tight. It completely transformed the front of the house. Just as important, the crew was professional the whole way through. They kept the site organized, taped off the fresh work so nobody walked on it, marked the buried gas line, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication was clear and they showed up when they said they would. If you're looking for hardscape or driveway work done right the first time, these are the guys. Highly recommend.

Wow, working with Paulo and his team was an absolute amazing experience and success in our remold. From making sure timelines were met to having the proper contingencies set in place so there were no surprises that would stress us out. Okayyyy 😍👏🏽 1st Ranked Contractors did their BIG ONE with this home! Every little detail is just beautiful. The warm wood, the black accents, the HUGE windows, that staircase and don’t even get me started on that bathroom!! 🛁Everything flows together so perfectly without feeling like too much. I loveeee how modern and clean it is, but still warm and cozy💕 1st Ranked Contractors, y’all DID THAT!!Beautiful work from top to bottom!!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with 1st Ranked Contractors. From the very beginning to the final completion, everything was on point. They delivered exactly what they promised, stayed on schedule, and provided exceptional quality at a very fair price. The professionalism, communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s not easy to find a contractor who delivers on price, quality, and timing, but 1st Ranked Contractors exceeded my expectations in every category. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience and the final results. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family, friends, and anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality contractor. Outstanding company, outstanding service, and outstanding results.
