I hired Ace Handyman Services to install two bathroom exhaust fans where none existed. They did the work over the course of two days and when they left they said the work is completed and they collected final payment and a tip. However, after they left, I inspected their work and found that the exhaust fan ducts were never connected to the soffit vents. They were laying in the middle of my attic insulation blowing humid shower air into my attic. When I caught them in the lie they pretended like they ran out of time and would come back to complete the job. But that is not what they told me the day they left and if I was elderly or disabled and not able to go into the attic then they would have never come back and their work would eventually cause mold and rot. I asked them to send someone else to finish the work because I no longer trusted the person who lied to me (Alex) but they refused and said they would send the same person, at which point I ended communication with them. Do not hire these guys, especially if you aren't able to inspect their work. They have no problem lying to your face.

Alex was awesome. Had my rotten door jams repaired by him. Work was stellar! He was professional, courteous and honest. Whole job only took him a couple of hours. Very happy with my experience. Will definitely be using these guys again. Very fair pricing, especially for the quality of work. Thank you!!

Big talk poor quality. People people come, unprepared to fulfill the job. They came out to do. Missing everything from a ladder to a paintbrush to a prybar. Completely unprofessional I would give them a lower than one star but I can’t do that. And the management concern more about money than about job satisfaction find somebody more reliable, and you’ll be pleased even if you have to spend the amount of money that these guys charge.

I have hired Ace Handyman Services DeLand twice for three different projects. Both times, we were able to schedule their workday within a few days. The team arrived on time and finished the jobs in the amount of time they expected to (or less). They did a thorough, professional job with attention to detail. They did a spotless clean-up of their work area when they were done. They were courteous and accommodating toward me, my other family members, and my dog. I strongly recommend them!
