  I had them install AC a few years back, no problem, quick service. I had trouble with it recently. The blower motor had gone out, not surprised. The technician sent a video of the so-called "biological contaminants" that were causing my AC system to not work properly and I had a ruined blower motor. At first they went straight to you Need a whole new system for $11,000. When they found out that they were the ones that put it in and I wasn't going to go for that. They said they could put a new motor in for me and clean all the biological contaminants out and made it sound like they were going to come in with hazmat suits for $4,000 but the new motor was not available and they had to special order it which could take a few days, but they had the whole new unit at the shop right now and could put it in tomorrow. That seemed odd because being in South Florida I would bet that we had nearly any part for any air conditioner within a short distance. There was another air conditioning company across the street repairing a neighbors so I asked them to come over. He verified that it was indeed the blower motor That was bad but the biological contaminants was just dust and normal debris that would normally collect on that type of air conditioner in the South Florida environment. He removed the blower motor and housing and when he did showed me that the inside of the AC and it was actually really clean and still looked new. Since the blower motor housing was made of plastic, it appeared to attract all the dirt and dust and whatever and it was all just stuck to the motor housing. He removed it. Washed it off with a garden hose and it looked brand new, he sprayed some cleaner on it but I don't even think he had to use a brush. He installed the new motor and from The time I asked him to look at it to the moment it was finished took 2 hours. The new blower motor that air around the clock claimed could not be had for a few days...... This other guy literally picked it up in 15 minutes. Air around the clock seemed to want to capitalize off of people wanting to be in a hurry to get their AC fixed and manipulating their decisions with how long service parts would take to arrive. Our day started with a nearly $11,000 quote, then went down to a $4,000 quote, then down to a $550 quote from another company and was fixed same day. The thing is my 80-year-old in-laws were the ones that were there getting the initial quotes and they even gave my 80 year old in-law the "pretty girl discount". I spoke with them on the phone and told them I was on my way over. They left before I arrived. The whole thing has left me very irritated and concerned. This was in an over 55 community. If you feel pressured, something is probably not right. We are not in an economy that supports things like air conditioners being disposable. We are in an economy where we need people that can fix things and be honest.

  AAtC maintained and kept my old dinosaur HVAC running way past its life expectancy. They maintained the system at my job, and the maintenance guy highly recommended them. Said they were a bit pricey, but well worth it. And he was so right. My old AC finally quit a few years ago, and with this record heat it was time to replace. I couldn’t be happier. This one is much better installed than the previous one. There was no mess whatsoever. They did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier. Though it has been over 10 years, their service has only improved. I still highly recommend.

  I cannot say enough great things about Air Around the Clock and the entire team who replaced all three of our AC systems. From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. Joey, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, incredibly personable and funny, and took the time to explain everything in detail without ever making us feel pressured. He walked us through numerous options, including different payment options, and made sure we completely understood everything before making any decisions. Rumone and his crew were just as impressive. Replacing three AC systems is a huge job, and they were professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was handled beautifully from start to finish. It is rare to have such a positive experience with a major home project, but this team truly exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Air Around the Clock, Joey, Rumone and his entire crew to anyone needing HVAC work. Thank you all for making such a big project so easy and stress-free! Five stars all the way!

  The worst ever they charge $225 for after six o'clock which I was willing to pay then they said the tech would arrive between 6-9:30 PM around 8 I called again to get a update they said tech would call never did I called Emergency A/C they charge $99 for after 6 they were here in 1/2 hour and did a great job! Then a hour later said he was tired up on a other call ( I already called them and told them I cancelled) they never told him WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! USE EMERGENCY A/C!!!! Here is a kicker this company responded to my review to call and speak to manger ( reason being ) they take these matters seriously" Guess not I called and ask to speak to a manager was placed on hold and I was told no manager available Typical !!!!!! When you think things can not get any worse the sold called GM called me and was extremely aggressive - rude - bellicose saying "Well sorry we could not get there when I want to !!! At this point of her going on and not listening to me and being aragant I hung up Once again stay away from this company it seems they fell entitled!!!

  I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major repair with Air Around the Clock. We had them come out to our office because our AC was not working properly. We were told that the blower motor was bad and needed to be replaced at a cost of over $1,900. I asked several times for an itemized estimate showing how much of that $1,900 was for the motor and how much was for labor. They refused to provide one. I even asked for the motor information/model number so I could understand what was being replaced and research the cost, and they would not provide that either. Before leaving, they drained the unit. Interestingly, when I came into the office the next day, the air conditioning was working again. Because I was uncomfortable with the diagnosis and the lack of transparency, I called another HVAC company for a second opinion. They inspected the system and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the blower motor and that they would not charge us to replace a part we didn't need. According to the second technician, the issue was related to a backup caused by the filters not being changed, which triggered the overflow safety switch—the system was essentially doing exactly what it was designed to do. Once everything was cleared, the unit was fine. They gave the system a clean bill of health and did not try to sell us an unnecessary repair. Had I simply trusted the original diagnosis, our office could have spent more than $1,900 replacing a blower motor that another licensed HVAC professional says was not defective. My biggest concern is not just the diagnosis—it is the refusal to provide an itemized estimate or even identify the motor they said needed replacing. When a company is asking a customer to spend nearly $2,000, there should be transparency about what they are paying for. Get a second opinion before authorizing an expensive repair. I'm very glad we did.
