  Had my generator for 8 years. Mike and team have always been prompt, professional and I’ve never had a problem with the generator. The service is always top-notch. I’m writing this review because they out did themselves. I same home from work, the power was out but the generator malfunctioned. I sent Mike a text. Within minutes, he called me and walked me through every step to identify the problem and fix it— while he was thousands of miles away on vacation! He said he’d dispatch a crew of we couldn’t get it to work. I’m sure he was getting dozens of calls because the outage was extensive. And yet he called me immediately. You just don’t find that level of service anymore. Thank you Reliable Power! You have a customer for life!

  Excellent service! Eduardo was incredibly friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and solved my electrical problem, and it was clear that he really knows what he’s doing. I truly appreciate his honesty and attention to detail.   Jayden was the tech that came to service my Generator. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a great guy. Highly recommend him. The generator needs a new starter and it’s not something he performs. Fortunately I have the 10 year warranty and the generator is 5 years old. Reliable should cover the starter and install , stay tuned.

  If you live in South Florida, and you need a great electrician, checkout Reliable Power Systems. They installed a lighted kitchen fan. They follow local building codes and obtained the county permit to do the job. The project required attaching the base of the fan to the concrete ceiling. They also installed a new wall switch for the lighted fan. The electricians showed me how the fan’s remote control works and they cleaned up the drywall dust and electric wires that were trimmed. The cost of the job was right for the complexity of the project.

  Teck was on time coordinated and scheduled for site visit Incorrect replacement controler was provided to the Teck Generator is still not operable after 9 week wait time for component Proper reserch to match the model was incomplete by purchasing / service department when releasing the replacement controller Hope they can correct faster than first 9 week wait time for part and - prior to Storm impact or another loss of power.
