  I would like to thank Micole and Ashley for doing an outstanding job installing my Kohler home generator today. Reliable Power Systems is very fortunate to have these two technicians representing their company. Not only were they very professional, they were extremely thorough in explaining the features of the Kohler generator. They answered all of our questions and left the work area very neat and clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Reliable Power Systems if you are in the market for a generator.

  This technician is example setting on how a service level industry should have employed. He’s caring understanding explains in detail and sure that everything is going to be OK. He’s been extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. He is a pleasure to deal with, and I thank you for allowing him to service our Generator higher more like him. You’ll be better for it.

  The service provided for our generator in an Assisted Living Facility that house 32 at risk seniors and Limited mental Health clients was absolutely unacceptable. They refused to provide us with a breakdown of services needed to repair the housing of our generator stating (they aren’t doing it) after we waited over a month for the estimate. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

  If you're looking for a generator install with low stress definitely choose Reliable Power Systems. They were not really that much more expensive considering the overall cost of the project but the difference is clear. They've communicated clearly at every step of the project. All of their employees have have been professional and they've sent pictures of each site visit with a summary of what they did. Ideal for anyone who cannot be home during the installation process. Reliable has also been highly consultative with recommendations that made sense throughout the project. Best contractor I've ever worked with.
