Dwight from Reliable Power was on time and did excellent work. He was very proficient working alone and completed the task I a few hours. Dwight after completing all of the work cleaned up and was very pleasant. I would recommend him for any electrical work in the home. 🙂

i’ve been very happy with my interaction with reliable. It started with a great salesman, David Yaekle and then two great electrical professionals came today, Ashley and MJ. They worked so hard all day, finished their part of the project, and left everything in perfect condition. Ricky has also been extremely helpful coordinating appointments. I highly recommend them

I had my yearly maintenance completed on my home generator today. David Sanchez was excellent. He arrived on time (called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way) and was very detailed. Explained all the steps he took to complete the maintenance and was very professional.

Company should be called Unreliable Power Systems. We installed a new Generac whole home power generator in June 2026 and it has not worked yet during at least 3 blackouts. We’ve had wiring issues, battery issues, and control panel issues. It takes forever to get an appointment and their service department sucks. They cancel appointments at the end of the day, the day before your appointment without a care in the world for your schedule. Escalate to a manager and you get yes’s to death but still no action, and have to beg for call backs. We are so disappointed in our decision to trust this company to install and service our new 20k purchase. I really wish I could get my money back and start over, using this company has been a massive mistake. Unreliable, period!

I’m so surprised so many 5 star reviews. We had them come out and check our generator in our new house in Feb/ March. The generator needed a new starter solenoid. After MONTHS of, the part is ordered, no it’s not, we need to come and look at it again to make sure it’s the right part, now we ordered it, now it’s in back order, now we can’t find the part. Now we are coming to install it. FINALLY they were coming to install it between 9-4. We weren’t going to be home so I called the day before the appointment and let them know the gate was doing to be open. Got a call later that day they guy didn’t get the message and it was rescheduled from Friday. 6 months of back and forth to get a simple part installed. I sure wouldn’t call them reliable and WONT be using them.
