  I had the pleasure of working with Sanford Carpet & Flooring to help me in the process of picking out LV for my 3 bedrooms. From picking out the flooring until flooring was installed everyone was professional, reliable and friendly I would highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs.

  Quality of work was very disappointing. Customer service was very disappointing. Floor started buckling ~ 9 months after installation, during the holidays hosting family and therefore didn't address at the time. Reached out to them 1 year 4 months later and they came out twice to inspect the floors, only to tell us both times that they will not fix their work since it is >1 year since installation. To spend that much money and have the floors lifted in triangle shaped slats one year afterwards is just awful... take your business somewhere else or you'll be like us and have to spend much more to pay someone else to do it correctly. I recommend Ability flooring, they came out and did the rest of our house without issue. To make matters worse, they had us order excess boxes of flooring that they would not reclaim. So we have all the parts to re-install the floors- gave them an opportunity to do things the right way. Instead, they offered to provide us free glue and the contact info for some freelancers to lay the flooring down.

  They do not keep their word. Went there to purchase a remnant. They put my name on it and I told them I would be back the end of the month. Went to pay for it and they sold it out from under me. Thankfully, I had not put any money down. If you do business there, be careful.

  Call me crazy... but I have decided to renovate my home one room at a time. After I have each room painted and new lighting, window treatments etc... I have the carpet installed. Yes, it is taking forever.. but it makes sense to me. I stumbled across Sanford Flooring after many failed attempts from other flooring company's. I truly appreciate that my call is answered by with Sandy or Denis and not some offsite call center. I am thankful that they are willing to work at my speed. I am thankful that when Denis comes to my home to measure ( he has been here twice) that he is friendly and professional. It has truly been a pleasure that we can work together. My carpet is beautiful. The installation is quick and clean. I'm confident that you will be happy as well.
