My A/C stopped cooling early evening Saturday (4th of July!). I called emergency service line, left a message that they could call me Sunday morning. Sal (Service Tech) called around 9:00am & offered some diagnostics over the phone that didn't work. He was at my house and replaced a part getting system up & running by 10:00am! Because I have their service contract there was no charge. On a holiday weekend! Thank you Sal! Recently had the fan motor fail & that was replaced under warranty and from my call to the part replacement was 1 day!

- RNR NJun 25, 20261.0Couldn't even get a quote, receptionist was reluctant and kept saying a tech has to provide quote with no additional guidance, after the 3rd time I had to I literally say "how do I contact them to get a quote since you cannot help" and it was like talking to a machine she started to re-asked all info I had given prior to asking for quote. As if her main focus was finding a problem not a resolution. This is a typical case of you want to spend more time put up unnecessary hurdles to turn me away from your company. This could of been as easy as absolutely we can get a tech to give you a quote, then give me their info or get my info to forward to them and done.
