  Closed on a home that needed a brand new AC unit, and they were able to install it the next day! Super affordable and efficient. We even had a newer thermostat put in, which took no time at all. Marcia was very thorough in explaining the process and very knowledgeable when my husband and I had a question. I'd recommend this company to anyone. This family-owned business really makes you feel part of their family.

  Mid-Florida A/C has been our HVAC service provider exclusively since 1983, but we never took the time to submit a review. With mid-day temperature sitting at 100 degrees today, we noticed that our air handler system was leaking water in the garage and onto the floor of the space near the air return. We called for service and Jeremiah showed up in less than one hour, remedied the situation and offered some helpful recommendations for the future. Jeremiah is competent, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and easy-going ~ and we appreciate that immensely. While we're at it ~ special kudos to Sal who has served us intermittently over the past 9 years.

  We had a brand-new AC unit installed in our home today, and the entire experience was absolutely flawless and seamless from start to finish! Our technician, Matt Beyer, was nothing short of amazing. He walked us through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and was completely honest and transparent about the pricing. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure we were comfortable with every step. Even after the installation was completed, Matt came back by just to make sure everything was working properly, that we were happy with the installation, and to answer any additional questions we had. That level of customer service is hard to find these days! We couldn't be happier with our new AC unit or with the entire experience. If we could give them 10 stars, we absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend this company and especially Matt Beyer for anyone looking for quality work, honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service!

  We only use Mid Fla Air. From install to now, they've always done a good job. Recently, Sean did a great job with our yearly clean out, and also identified one more item that needed to be cleaned which was the fan inside the unit. This was too notch service because that will improve our unit's efficiency and hopefully save a few coins on the power bill.
