  Bruce from Overhead Door was amazing. He provided excellent customer service and was friendly, knowledge, and professional. He scoped out and advised on my garage door's repair needs on a 26 year old installation. His advice was exactly what I was hoping for. Repair included a new door spring, new garage door opener, changed from a chain to a belt drive, replaced the rubber seal on the bottom of the door (meets the concrete), new door switch, new Wi-Fi keypad, and lubricated the existing door. The whole system is significantly quieter. Everything I needed was already on the truck and the job was done cleanly and in a few hours work same day. 5-star service, thanks to Bruce amd Overhead Door Company of Daytona Beach.

  Overhead garage door did a maintenance check today on my garage door and Opener. Derek did the maintenance check. Derek has been here before and I’ve always been satisfied with his performance. He is very knowledgeable, agreeable, professional answers, all questions to my satisfaction. I actually had a remote outside the garage door installed today also.

  We called for emergency service on a Sunday afternoon on Aug. 16,2026 due to malfunctioned garage door which was not closing down permanently. The technician Derek came over to fix then replaced the garage door opener unit which was an upgraded and better version that Derek has offered to us on sale. Derek efficiently installed the equipment, changed all corresponding tools and accessories included in the new unit in a professional and efficient and speedy manner! We were very pleased with his excellent work done by Derek!

  Bruce was professional yet friendly and efficient. He not only repaired the problem but did a check and preventative maintenance on the remaining parts. Great idea to send a picture of who is coming in advance even though we have a gate. We vintage people tend to be more trusting in opening our doors but this is an outstanding addition to the service process. Bruce is a superlative representative of your company.

  We purchased two new Haas Aluminum Garage doors from Overhead Doors in May-June and the installation by Ruben was outstanding (5 stars!). I was surprised to see that he was doing them both by himself, but he was very meticulous and organized. It did take all day. As for the process leading up to the purchase, it started when Derrick came to repair a sensor and we discussed new doors as well as the rotted framing/molding around the openings for the doors. Derrick is very knowledge, & we discussed both the aluminum and steel doors, and he took a full set of pictures. He said we could keep our existing door openers as they were in good shape(5 stars!). Derrick indicated that OH Door recommended a guy that could repair the wood framing. We contacted him and he was exceptional. However, the actual sales process with the sales rep was sloppy-it was close to Memorial Weekend, but that is no excuse. The sales Rep, Tony never came to our house (2 stars). Everything was done over the phone (from his car), and using Derrick's pictures. As such, I never received a catalogue and instead was going online to the manufacturer websites to research the two main door products. I had considered going to the show room which would have been helpful(I highly suggest you go to the showroom). I didn't get a catalogue until I was signing the order to purchase. Honestly I also considered calling another company. The "front sales office", Kiki(5 stars!), saved the day by sending me the necessary info. In fact I had several conversations with Kiki. The front office handled many questions regarding the purchase and order process, and they were invaluable. To me this is really important in a company where there are many steps (and people) involved.
