  Saw many reviews on how good Ormond Granite was, the key word is "was". We found out that the company was sold earlier this year and that seems to be the difference in their quality of service. JC in the office was very professional and helpful in getting new granite countertops for two bathrooms. After that the scheduling and installation processes were rocky. The installation was nothing like we expected. We have quite a bit of clean up and repair work to do after the installation. The granite countertops do look nice, it's the rest of the 2 rooms that are in disarray. Let's say things weren't left the way they were when the installers arrived and things were damaged and they left a mess. Yes, our concerns were brought up with the owner before the installers left, to no avail. Was planning to use them for a bigger job but will be looking elsewhere for our countertops.

  Ormond Granite was a pleasure to work with. When they came to template my new quartz, Wayne refinished and polished a piece of my old granite at our house while we waited. The quartz was delivered and installed ahead of schedule which greatly facilitated our plans. It looks stunning and they did a thorough and efficient job!

  WOW.....you won't believe this. Friday afternoon (4ish) pulled into the parking lot of Ormond Granite to take a phone call in a 2026 Ford f250 crew cab truck (shiny & new). Was accosted by a foreign woman claiming to be the business owner. Yelling and flailing her arms, screaming I couldn't park in the parking lot. Phone in hand I explained I was just on an urgent call, didn't want to drive & talk. She called the police, I kid you not. Ormond Granite located in Holly Hill....the Holly Hill police officer arrived. Questioned me and my intentions, (a telephone call). This individual claiming to be the owner is crazy......absolutely CRAZY!!!!
