  Kitchens by the Sea has updated two showers and our kitchen and we have been happy with every one! When researching companies, we felt good hiring "local". We are not the "gut and remodel" type of owners, so Chris, Jim and Maureen had to make my "piecemeal" wishes come true. Chris has an excellent decorator eye, while Jim and Maureen get it all done. Their project leaders and workers are friendly, knowledgeable and keep the job site so clean. KBTS has a communication tool that is used to update clients on progress and even send photos! We were traveling during two of our projects and never worried about anything. We came home and went "WOW" and "THANK YOU"! Concerns are addressed even after the job is complete. They always aim to please. We're not sure we have any more projects, but if we do, we will call Kitchens by the Sea!!

  Kitchens By The Sea completed a kitchen reno along with replacing all my flooring and removal of popcorn ceilings. From the moment I met Chris Reynolds and Jim Robinson, I immediately felt comfortable and in expert hands. That extended with EVERY member of their team who worked on the demo and rebuilding of our space. Each team member was a pleasure to be around and extremely professional and caring about our project and my happiness with the outcome. I cannot recommend them enough - I had multiple compliments from my fellow condo owners about how courteous, neat and professional the team is. The timeline was well planned and executed accordingly. If you have any reno needs, please meet this team and allow them to do your work; I promise you won’t be disappointed!

  Extremely professional over the phone, very helpful. I believe it was Mitch who I was talking to. Although they were busy and couldn’t meet my project’s timeframe, they still remained professional and polite in referring me to other companies who could help

  Be aware of this business!!! Jim, the owner is very helpful bit doesn't know much about construction. So he heavely relay on his workers who couldn't be worst. Specially if you are dealing with one of his project managers, Drew. They tell you one thing and you get another. You have to be on top of everything, every small detail .. don't leave them without supervision or they they will mess up your project. Very little respect for the customer and the final outcome of the project.
