  Extremely disappointed with All Daytona Septic!! We were told upfront that we would not be charged for a pump out if they had to replace the pump. After the pump replacement, they charged us for the pump out anyway-even after I spoke directly with the owner, John, about it. Locating the pump was its own ordeal. John told us we needed to remove 8-foot-tall bushes because the pump was supposedly under them, blocking access. He said he'd stop by to check on this, but he never showed-we have cameras and there's no record of him coming by. The crew that came out to locate the pump couldn't find it, hit our sprinkler system in the process (which I had to repair myself), and then left without resolving anything. In the end, I located the pump myself just by following the electrical cords-it wasn't anywhere near the bushes, it was right in front of the alarm the whole time. Between the bait-and-switch on pricing, the unnecessary landscaping work we were told to do, the property damage, and the failure to locate the pump, this was an all-round poor experience. I would not recommend this company.

  Septic Pump Out. Joshua came out on time. Listened to what was going. Explained everything he was doing, and told me how certain aspects of my system work together. Very knowledgeable. Great job all around. Highly recommend.

  Noticed slow drains so I called to have the tank pumped to avoid an issue. All Daytona Septic showed up around noon. I took a shower a little after 5pm to discover the toilet had overflowed while I was in the shower. Human waste ALL over the bathroom ALL over the walk-in closet. I immediately called ALL Daytona Septic spoke with a condescending man named John who said it's a plumbing issue. Told me to call a plumber. Says he will call me in the morning to have his employee come back out. After the ALL Daytona Septic employee pumped out the tank he NEVER had me flush. He was suppose to check the flow/flush. John was not helpful or understanding. I have lived here 20 years and NEVER have a stood in human waste. John's tone and nonchalant attitude was uncalled for. Let me reiterate, I noticed the signs, I called ALL Daytona Septic to PREVENT exactly what happened. I paid $450.00 to clean up excrement, be spoken down to and to hire a plumber. STAY AWAY FROM ALL DAYTONA SEPTIC.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All Daytona Septic is top‑notch. John and Bri are an incredible team — extremely informative, genuinely kind, and truly professional from start to finish. They got in and out quickly, handled everything smoothly, and treated my project with the same care and respect they’d give their own home. It’s rare to find a crew that combines skill, efficiency, and heart the way they do. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend.
