  Mateo is the best! He solved my problems, provided wonderful recommendations and even some warnings on what not to do. I appreciated his honesty and how do you tell oriented he was. I would definitely recommend this company!

  I reached out to Joe Hillman Plumbing yesterday because my shower was not draining properly. I had constant standing water while showering, and honestly, there is nothing more disgusting than feeling like you’re standing in your own filth while trying to get clean. Within about 30 minutes of my call, they had me scheduled for the very next day. I can’t even explain how much I appreciated that. Life is already complicated enough, so when a company can simply say, “We’ll get you taken care of,” and actually make it happen, it means a lot. I spoke with Stana when I called and she also asked if there was anything else I wanted them to look at while they were there. I mentioned that a few times throughout the day I would notice a sewer-like smell coming from the bathroom, even when nobody was using it. I told her I wondered if it could possibly be the wax ring under the toilet. The plumber called me when he was finishing up his previous appointment to let me know he was on the way and confirmed everything I wanted looked at. He immediately said, “No problem, we’ll take care of it.” Sure enough, he cleared the shower drain, apparently we had basically grown a whole wig in there, oops 😂 and when he checked the toilet, he discovered that whoever installed it had never put a wax ring on it at all, which was very likely where that smell was coming from. From the first phone call, to how quickly they got me scheduled, to the plumber being communicative, professional and efficient, and even Robert checking in with me afterward to make sure everything went well, the entire experience was excellent. 10/10 service. Quick, easy, professional and genuinely caring. I would 100% use Joe Hillman Plumbing again and absolutely recommend them.
