They were able to identify the source of the leak while the maintenance team could not do for 5 days ! And then did repairs very thoroughly. They worked for 6 hours nonstop. They sent multiple plumbers to perform a simple sewage snaking service and then charged a separate $120 premium hourly rate for each plumber, in addition to the service fee. They even added an apprentice charge. In total, my association was billed $3,100 for a job that typically costs between $200 and $600. I contacted the company to address these excessive charges, but they have failed to respond or resolve the issue.
