I’ve used Google many times to look for help. But when I needed help with my water heater, I went to Google and I found Joe Cole Plumbing. He was the first one to reach out to me so I figured he won the prize but I couldn’t be happier. They gave me an appointment for the next morning. A technician came very professional explained everything to me. I learned how to check my alarms on my heater. I also took out a maintenance agreement where I could get the heater checked every year and flushed out. I highly recommend them. You’ll be glad you called them. And it was very reasonable !

Mo did an outstanding job repairing my toilet. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed much faster than I expected. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly experienced. He took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be repaired, and made sure I understood everything before completing the work. I also appreciated how clean and organized he was. There was no mess left behind, and the bathroom looked exactly as it did before he started, except now the toilet works perfectly. It is refreshing to find a plumber who combines great customer service with quality workmanship and efficiency. I would absolutely call Mo again for any future plumbing needs and would confidently recommend him to friends, family, or anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Excellent service from start to finish. 10/10 experience and definitely a well-deserved five-star review

One of the best members you guys have on your team has got to be Bailey. Having worked at a plumbing company (albeit years ago) I’ve been able to, at the very least, diagnose whatever plumbing issues that arise at my residence if I’m not doing repairs myself. Usually anytime I’ve called technicians was strictly to perform the labor with tools/services I don’t have readily available—this time was different. I had been experiencing a running and leaky toilet so naturally I replaced the flapper and lever (just in case) and was looking at the pipe connections & valve when that didn’t solve the issue. I stubbornly conceded that my experience couldn’t figure out nor get the fix I necessary when the leaks continued. That’s when Bailey stepped in. When coming over he didn’t try to humble or patronize me (like previous techs have in the past, even though I was correct about diagnostics 99% of the time) but was respectfully asking questions, we chatted about my plumbing experience and he took that into account. He exposed the flaw in my logic when showing me that my toilet was offset and whatever I was doing to the tank didn’t matter—it was sitting just enough off of the flange for the leak to appear minor in addition to the pipes that did need to be replaced. I told him to hold off on the pipes to reduce cost he came up with the solution of just replacing the flange with minor pipe fittings to save me some $$. Incredibly knowledgeable, and repairs were done by end of day. A humbling and genuine experience with him and your company. 10/10 would always recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience with Bailey! He was punctual, professional, and very friendly. He arrived on time, was respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I really appreciated how easy he was to communicate with and how smoothly everything went. It’s not always easy to find someone who is reliable and takes pride in their work, but Taylor definitely exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable plumber. Thank you, Bailey, for the great service!

Bailey installed water leak sensor system to house. When Bailey showed up he answered all our questions and explained what to expect while he was installing. Gave us heads up when water would be turned off, completed install then came and made sure all faucets worked, then showed us how it worked and how to troubleshoot if there were problems. When finished Bailey made sure work area was clean. He was a true professional
