  I had a real emergency — my living room was completely flooded with water. I called a bunch of self-proclaimed “24/7 service” plumbing companies and no one was available to come on the same-day or they were charging a lot of money for same-day service. I finally found Joe Cole Plumbing and Bailey came out within the hour and got straight to work. He tracked down the source fast, explained clearly what had gone wrong and demonstrated where the problems were, and fixed it properly the first time. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and reassuring during a genuinely stressful situation. I can’t thank him enough for saving the day. I would highly recommend Joe Cole Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services, and I have nothing but the highest praise for Bailey - he is truly an expert and hopefully a future point of contact for anything else that I may need for plumbing service. I recommend him to anyone dealing with a plumbing emergency!

  We had a nightmare situation, a PVC pipe snapped inside our wall and flooded our living room before we even knew what was happening. Bailey from Joe Cole Plumbing came out and was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly figured out the pipe had snapped inside the wall, made clean, minimal cuts into the drywall to access it and got our water working the same day within just a couple of hours. He walked us through exactly what happened and what to expect next, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable in everything and spared no details and answered all of our questions calmly and with professionalism. If you’re dealing with a plumbing emergency, ask for Bailey. Can’t recommend Joe Cole Plumbing enough.

  I went through three plumbing companies that misdiagnosed our plumbing issue. One of them made the issue even worse by breaking the snake inside the shower drain.(see images) I called Joe Cole plumbing and they were able to send someone to our rental apartment within thirty minutes. Due to the fact it was a holiday we were concerned they would not send someone right away but they truly do work everyday even on holidays. Gabriel came with the most calm and knowledgeable demeanor, confidently promising he will fix the issue and calming me of my concern. Humility, professionalism and service oriented, Gabriel is their superstar. Make sure to ask for him!

  Mo was fantastic to work with — efficient, knowledgeable, and got the flange height corrected on every toilet in the house without any hassle. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained the issue in a way that made sense. On top of that, their pricing was fair and upfront, no surprises. Highly recommend if you need reliable plumbing work done right!

I won’t work with any other plumbing company from now on. I receive the personalized attention of a boutique business while having access to the resources and expertise of a larger organization. Every member of the team has been great. Vanessa will remember who you are when you call. Juan ensures that parts are sourced efficiently and Jimmy, our dedicated plumber, has been outstanding—professional, punctual, highly knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and very respectful of the residence. He takes the time to answer questions and knows to explain the work being performed in Layman’s terms. For complex projects, such as the installation of a booster pressure pump and a hot water recirculation system, the owner personally made himself available to review the project and confirm the best technical approach. If you ever have to work with contractors in Miami, you know that all of the above is a rare find.
