  I had a maintenance contract with this company for a year. They came to do the maintenance end of January. The AC is not cooling. I asked the company that installed the unit to come and check it as I thought it was a warranty issue. The technician checked it and said it was totally clogged, that is hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. I called Cedeños on Monday and explained what happened. He said he would get back to me. Nothing happened. I called on Tuesday to find out when they would come and again the person said that maybe in the afternoon. No call. Again, I called this morning and I was informed the technician was scheduled to come today. I waited until noon and called again. He said I needed to talk to the owner. The owner finally called at 1:00pm. I explained the situation. He refused to send someone to do the job correctly. I do not recommend this company at all. They take no responsibility for a technician that did a bad job. He should have apologized and sent a technician to do the job correctly. I was surprised at this response as they used to be very nice people. Not anymore.
