  My experience started with good communication, but later became inconsistent and unclear. Communication was initially handled through a sales representative, but over time responses became limited, and at times there was an insistence on phone calls instead of written updates, which made the process confusing. I was informed that a co-signer would be required. Later, when I tried to revisit my application to explore possible options, I did not receive any response even after several days. Overall, the experience felt unclear due to lack of follow-up and communication once the process progressed.

  Looked at a home Monday 4/27/26 and was helped by Snyder. Confirmed there was NO ONE interested in the home currently and by Thursday I was asking for information to go under contract. Heard back Friday morning and then was told later that day that no one communicated and the home was given away before I could place a deposit. The complete lack of communication between the colleagues here is EMBARRASSING and very unprofessional. Had all my ducks in a row to by shafted after getting our hopes up. DO NOT BUY HERE.

  Four years in, and this place has been nothing but a running list of careless, low-quality work. I’m now out $1,500 for an AC refrigerant leak that exists purely because it was installed wrong in the first place. The flooring looks like it was slapped down in a rush and is already pulling up. The carpet? Never even stretched—just bunching up like an amateur job. It’s obvious corners were cut everywhere they could be. The level of workmanship is embarrassing, and I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.

  We would like to thank Syneder Celestin, our realtor from Starlight Homes. He was very kind, helpful, and professional, and he helped us with everything throughout the process of buying our home. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure everything was fast and smooth. Thanks to him, the experience was excellent. We highly recommend him!

  The site seems nice. After spending 30 minutes with the sales agent while they just talked about who Starlight Homes is we were told in order to move forward and just view the model we had to submit to a credit and income check. I have not experienced this anywhere else we have been looking so we left and did not even get to see a home.
