- BSbrian snyderAug 3, 20261.0Typically not my thing to post a review but purchased a new cooling system May 5 2025 Purchased local to support local 8 weeks later compressor failure Several days not a/c After parts arrive system repaired A few return service appointments for minor adjustments Purchased service maintenance agreement with Seneca Service came inspected union clean bill of health 2 weeks later 13 months after new install Evaporator has “hole in unit” No Freon in system Several days again no a/c 99+ degrees in home Parts arrive system repaired Several calls to Carrier Several calls to Seneca no return calls Requested refund on service maintenance agreement in full lol prorated refund from $140 dollars to $45 No call, no discussion just a check in the mail Purchased extend warranty thankfully can to transferred to another authorized dealer Sales experience was good Install team was good Service tech that did compressor change out and tech that did evaporator replacement did their jobs But No return calls Carrier or from owner or service manager Just want to feel secure and dealer had the customers back Never yelled Never was disrespectful Poor customer service from management after the sale
