- BKBill K2 days ago5.0We returned home after being away and the AC was not working. Called Bay Area on a Saturday at 3:30 And within an hour Daniel Erlandson had the problem resolved. Very satisfied as it was 96 degrees outside 85 inside. Price was reasonable considering it was after hours. Thank you so much.

- MPMatthew ParadisAug 24, 20261.0So we had sold our home and bought a new one and called them to establish a new service with new home and the woman on the phone had stated that because we only had the service plan on current home for not the full contract and establishing a new service plan there would be a partial refund. After 3 phone calls weeks apart waiting for this check they said would be mail the accounting department stated no refund check. I advised that you need to better train employees on the customer service side on the phone to not advise a refund would be mailed or coming. After this I won't recommend Bay Air and after this service plan I will look else where.
- HHHaileyAug 16, 20265.0Absolutely outstanding service from Daniel Erlandson! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Daniel replaced our HVAC fan and went above and beyond by tracking down the correct replacement part on very short notice, getting our system back up and running much faster than we expected. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about making sure the job was done right. It’s hard to find someone who puts in that extra effort, and Daniel definitely does. Highly recommend him for any HVAC repair needs!

Our home is a new build, and we’ve been having concerns with the A/C system installed by another company because it hasn’t been cooling our home adequately. Joseph listened to my concerns, thoroughly answered my questions, and helped me better understand the system and our options moving forward. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and willing to take the time to make sure the customer understands everything. When we upgrade our A/C system, which will most likely be within the next year, Bay Area Air Conditioning will be the company installing it. They’ve definitely earned my future business. Highly recommend Joseph and Bay Area Air Conditioning!
