Had a sump pump tripping my breaker after around 30 seconds, more than likely a pump stop up. Had a tech come out to check the pump, he asked if I had swapped out the breaker, I told him no it's less than 2 years old, he said it was the breaker and to replace it. Breaker was fine, he never even metered it or checked the amp pull on load. Swapped to a new breaker anyways, was $20 and 3 minutes, turned on, tripped after 30 seconds and burned my pump out so now I need a full pump replacement. He also said my check value was broken and he replaced it "free of charge". Except he cut out the existing coupling connector and just straight piped it, meaning I also have to have a new coupler installed when I replace the check valve. Charged me $250 to tell me the breaker was bad, when it wasn't. Didn't even pump out my lift station so now I have to pay someone else $300 to do so. When they did my inspection the guy working said he was filling in due to staff shortages, looks like they hired the wrong people since then.

I called Zeb Watts Septic on Saturday evening because I was having what I thought might be a septic or plumbing issue. They answered the phone and had Cody out the very next morning. Cody was excellent! He took his time figuring out what was wrong and fixing it, and he was professional and courteous throughout. I really appreciate the quick response and the great service provided.

Zeb Watts septic from the customer service dispatch all the way to Dillon the tech that came out is top notch. They communicated with me to set expectations and arrival time, got out here quickly and had us back up and operational in record time. Dillon helped us to understand how the processes all worked between the tanks and drain field line and showed us the filter that I was not even aware of… I could not recommend these folks enough. Thank you all again so much.
