  Zeb Watts Septic exceeded my expectations from start to finish! Everyone involved—from the friendly folks answering the phones to the owner himself—was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would to install my complete new system, and their organization and professionalism were evident right away. What really stood out was Zeb’s commitment to customer service. He personally came out the evening before the installation to discuss a few concerns I had about the location of the drain field. He took the time to listen, walk through the options with me, and make adjustments to the plan so everything would work exactly the way it should. Those concerns were addressed quickly and the modifications were made without any issues. It’s rare these days to find a company that takes this much pride in their work. The service was prompt, the pricing was very fair, and the entire job was completed efficiently without cutting corners. You can tell Zeb and his entire team genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing the job right the first time.
