  10/10 would recommend Eagle Eye! We used them for a 4 Point, Wind Mitigation and standard inspection. Scheduling quickly was not an issue. Communication was great prior to the inspections as well as during. Brad and Derek were very friendly and knowledgeable; explaining everything they found. The report was done quick as well…same day!

  Brad responded very quickly to Buyer's request for 4 different type of inspections and took his time to ensure a quality job. We received most of the reports same day with Mold inspection coming in five days. He also took the time to speak with the home buyer so they could ask questions. Great service!

  This service was excellent! Prompt and professional. The online appointment scheduler was so efficient and next day appointment was available, with a followup phone call to confirm within a few minutes. Report was sent same day and the entire transaction was seamless and the easiest part about buying a house.
