  Casey was fantastic when an excavator dug up my power line which pulled the feeder cables out of my meter panel. Casey redirected some busy techs from a routine job so they arrived at my house within 2 hours. The office staff walked through a county permit - a process that normally can take days. Three hours after Casey arrived, my power (and A/C and refrigerator etc...) were all back on. If you want the best, call Casey Electric!

  Could not ask for a more professional AC company in Northwest Florida. Roger visited with us to determine what our needs were and designed a system to fit those needs. Roger gave us three different choices of systems and explained the differences of each. Casey dispatcher communicated when the install would occur and the crew showed up before the scheduled time and started the install. Roger came out and reviewed the progress with Shane (lead), Ludicrous, Layden and Chandler. The install took 5 days due to the zone systems, however each night the system worked to keep the house cold. The install crew was very professional and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Roger and Shane explained the zone systems and the extra thermostats. What a difference the new system makes and with the different zones everyone is happy. Our generator was also installed by Casey and has been outstanding through the past two hurricanes.

  This is the second time we have used Casey Electric Inc, and they did not disappoint… Trent and Jon came this last month to fix a lot of problems we had for a long time, they were very professional and they knew what they were doing, I was not concerned about the repairs I knew it would get done like the light fixture in my walk in closet that had not worked for years was repaired in minutes, they fixed the cable wiring that was damaged in a storm among other problems, there was no area of the house they could not fix.. I put my trust in Casey Electric I would definitely recommend them to anyone that had any electrical issues, repairs and more they are our go to for any electrical needs. Like I said before Trent and Jon are very reliable electricians thank you both for doing such a great job.

  Roy was amazing, he serviced our Generac generator and showed up EARLY on the day of the service and was POLITE & very PROFESSIONAL. He went the extra mile to explain things and dealt with me looking over his shoulder asking questions :-) he is indeed an ASSET to your company and is why I will call you guys again. Thank you ROY!

  CASEY Electric is/has been amazing.. Blessed to have found them.. I busted up in ground electrical that powered my garage and my spring Friday night.. I called first thing Monday morning and explained not having water with all my animals has me very stressed out. The the office and supervisor were outstanding in getting me on the schedule to see if they could help.. they sent out Robert and he was just fantastic! He was able to fix both problems, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and the best part he took the time to let me show him some of the other things that I needed done, explained in depth what I needed to do and how he could help me.. not only took the time to go over everything with me, he is going to book my next appointment for my next projects.. five stars A+ hands down, would highly recommend to anybody
