  We recently upgraded our outdated electrical panel after adding new appliances and a home office setup, and this company handled everything professionally from beginning to end. The electrician explained the process in simple terms and made sure we understood why the upgrade was necessary for both safety and efficiency. Compared to contractors who rushed through estimates without answering questions, this company felt much more patient and transparent overall. The installation itself was completed neatly and on schedule, and the crew respected our home throughout the project. We now feel much more confident about the reliability and safety of the electrical system.

  We had a Tesla charger installed today and TDR and JTW did a great job for us, to include saving us a couple hundred dollars from original quote by inspecting and using existing materials that simply needed rerouted for the new charging station. They arrived well before the scheduled window for service and were very knowledgeable of what was needed to execute the job, We’ve used Casey Electric numerous times in the 5 years we have lived here in Crestview and always have the same pleasant, knowledgeable and affordable work done by them. Highly recommend them!

  We’ve been Casey Electric customers for over 20 years and have been very happy with the friendly professional service. We just finished another home project with Brandon, Jeremy, Brady, Kyle, Robert and Trent. It was a big job with plenty of obstacles to work around and they did great.   We added several new electrical outlets throughout the garage to make the space more functional for tools and equipment. The electrician planned outlet placement carefully so cords wouldn’t need to stretch across walkways anymore. The installation took most of the day. Compared to before, the garage is much easier to work in because everything can now be plugged in conveniently and safely. It also reduced the need for extension cords, which makes the area feel cleaner and more organized overall. It’s a practical upgrade that improved everyday usability immediately.

  We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this company over several years. They installed a mini-split system in our bonus room that was significantly undersized for the space. The room is clearly labeled as conditioned living space in the home plans, yet we were later told it was sized as “non-usable space,” which makes no sense given how the room is actually used. Since installation, the system has: * Run continuously without reaching set temperature * Required multiple service calls * Failed repeatedly, including a compressor failure within ~2 years of replacement We have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs over and over again, and even their own technicians have acknowledged that the issues are likely to continue due to improper sizing. Despite providing documentation showing the intended use of the space, the owner has refused to discuss the issue directly and continues to deny responsibility through staff. At this point, we are replacing the system with another company. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before using this company for system design or installation.
