Great service and customer support! The carpet installer was very attentive to details, got the job done in less time than we'd anticipated, and we're extremely satisfied with the results. They are veteran friendly and I definitely recommend them.

I can’t say enough great things about Jodie! I was trying to find 2 1/4-inch wood flooring, which is extremely hard to find, and Jodie went above and beyond to help me locate exactly what I needed. Jodie picks up the phone early, stays on top of everything, follows through, and genuinely cares about the customer. That kind of customer service is very hard to find these days. Just an incredible person to work with and someone who truly represents the company the right way. They are extremely lucky to have Jodie on their team. Thank you, Jodie, for all your help and outstanding service!

Flooring Express is the best from the minute you walk in the door until the job is finished. The owner, Jody greeted me with a smile. He didn’t laugh when I explained my short timeline for installation. I was able to choose the perfect flooring and get the entire house installed on my timeline. The installers were truly experts. They worked efficiently with obvious experience and expertise. On top of the expertise, everyone was so kind. I highly recommend this family run business for the best service and quality flooring.

All aspects of our carpet purchase were handled professionally from the sale to the installation including an improvement on our installation date. Pricing was competitive and we love our new carpet. We would definitely use Flooring Express again.

I have nothing but praise for the product knowledge and professionalism shown me by Jody. My order was a small one, just 2 boxes of hardwood flooring. Few salespeople would have shown any interest or taken the time to deal with me. Yet Jody was the exception. He patiently explained the process, answered all my questions, and there were many and managed my order. He went above and beyond what he was called to do, especially for such a small order. I will certainly return to Flooring Express for future orders as I plan to refloor my entire house soon. I hope Jody is still there to help me.
