  I can't imagine that Flooring Express gets a lot of work because they have no customer service skills whatsoever. Jody is very rude and unprofessional on the phone and has a bad attitude. He talks over you and is unaccommodating. He has no patients and acts like he is doing you a favor by speaking to you. He does not listen to customers and just does whatever he wants when it comes to your flooring needs. Jody is not someone I would want to work for me, and I would never recommend this guy and his company even to my worst enemy!

  Needed to replace carpet in one bedroom we went to Flooring Express, because they were Local and Veteran owned. We were very pleased with the service we got when we walked in their store, we met Chuck and Jody, who gave us a quality Carpet at fantastic price. The carpet was installed by Ed , who is a expert installer. We are very satisfied with the whole project and highly recommend Flooring Express

  My review is a MUST read! I have never had a more enjoyable experience! From selecting the highest quality carpet with help from Chuck to meeting Jody and his expert business sense…These 2 men are rockstars! Jody put together a top-notch installation team and I was beyond impressed with their talent and work ethic. I would recommend Flooring Express to anyone looking for a great experience with high quality products, installation prowess, and ultimate performance and perfection. I could never do enough to repay them for bringing my dream to life. Jody & Chuck- Thank you from my heart to yours..

  I was sent to Flooring Express because the highly rated flooring company I was planning on working with did not have the color of laminate flooring I needed to either match or compliment the wood staircase/plantation shutters already in my home. (And while they were highly rated, they were not very helpful and so my experience with them was not highly rated) From walking into Flooring Express, despite them knowing I was working with someone else, they gave me 5 star customer treatment. They explained the options and attributes of the products available to me. They loaned me samples that looked like possible matches to what I wanted multiple times to bring home to see how the colors worked. They were so professional, communicative without being "sales-y", kind and knowledgeable, that I gave my entire reflooring job (including stairs which never have looked better!) to Flooring Express. The installation was done on time and in record time and is flawless. Their work is meticulous and they treated my home and me respectfully. If you need flooring done professionally, with kind and helpful owners at a very fair price, look no further than Flooring Express. Jody, Chuck, Brian, (and lead installer Raphael and assistant), I give you all 5 stars... more if available!
