  A+ Service! I highly recommend the team from Riverside Cooling for any of your HVAC needs. I’m new to the area and received quotes from a few different companies, but the Tech from Riverside was very thorough in his due diligence so I ended up going with them for the repairs needed (plus buying a service plan). Thanks Josh, Abram, Billy, Stevie and the rest of the team for your professionalism, expertise and kindness! It’s clear that the owner puts an emphasis on hiring quality individuals who perform well and treat their customers right!

  Josh did a great job with the maintenance of our 2 systems. He pointed out a couple of things he noticed. I appreciate it, even though those things are on note with the company and pointed out before on previous visits. Such as possible benefit to getting some UV air purifiers in the system and replacing a failed surge protector on one of my AC condensers. Both of those recommendations are a little costly but I can see, by their quote, they're not making much on labor and keeping it as inexpensive as they possibly can for the client. I've been using this company for about 5 years now. They've done 3 systems for us including the garage unit too. My experience is the owner, Bill, cares about the customer. He'll call you and work something out if there's an issue. And, his technical staff that comes out is great.

  Abram provided detail information, options available for new air conditioning system, suggested improvements to current ductwork to correct some issues, etc. - far superior to any other estimate. There were no pressure tactics - gave the info to make your own decisions. Compared to other estimates - it was a reasonable price. The work was done timely and with attention to detail and workmanship. The workers were very courteous and aimed to please. Also did a good job of cleaning up as the work progressed. Very satisfied.
