  The AC in my restaurant went down and within an hour of my call, I had a a repairman on-site. The customer service is bar none!! From the phone call to prompt service technician, fabulous customer service. We will never use anyone else to service our business or home for that matter. Support a local family owned business who care about their customers and always choose Ratti!

  I cannot begin to express how thankful we are that we contacted Ratti Air & Heat! Our 25 year old AC unit decided to give up on us on one of the hottest days here in Florida, right before we had family coming to stay with us. After sleeping in 82° heat, we knew it was time to bite the bullet and call an AC company. Ratti was recommended to us by a friend who had used them before, and we are SO glad they did! Anthony came out, serviced the unit, took photos, and gave us the news we were dreading. The lines were corroded, the unit was overheating and leaking, and he explained that we were probably paying way too much to Duke Energy every month. He was completely honest with us from the beginning. He told us he could temporarily fix it for a few dollars, but it would only be a ticking time bomb, or he could get us a brand new unit installed THAT DAY. Of course, this was the last thing we expected to deal with just one week before leaving for a vacation of a lifetime. We asked the dreaded question: “How much is this going to cost?” Anthony went over everything with us, including pricing, warranty, and financing. We ended up financing because the deal was incredible, and we were quoted much less than we expected for a larger unit than what we currently had. Once everything was approved, we were told someone would be at our house around 5 PM to install it. We came home to a 90° house and were absolutely miserable. Melvin and Carlos came in and got right to work. They were incredibly kind, professional, neat, and respectful of our home. I felt terrible that they didn’t leave until almost 10 PM, but they promised my husband we would get a good night’s sleep and they absolutely delivered! Our house cooled down SO well, and we slept better than we have in a long time. They even cleaned up the outdoor unit area, which had dirt and overgrown weeds around it. We truly cannot thank Ratti Air & Heat enough. If you’re looking for an AC company, STOP LOOKING. These are the guys to call! They genuinely care about their customers, are honest, and went above and beyond for our family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-star company! Highly recommend Ratti Air & Heat!

  Can’t thank Anthony enough for the excellent service! It’s always a little nerve-racking hiring someone to work on your home, but Anthony immediately put those concerns to rest. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He came out to inspect my AC system, and as a curious homeowner, I was right there asking plenty of questions. He took the time to explain everything and thoroughly checked all aspects of the system. It was clear that he knows his craft very well. I’m extremely happy with the service and feel confident knowing I have someone I can trust to take care of my home’s AC needs. Thank you, Anthony and the entire Ratti team! I’m looking forward to working with you again and having a company I can trust for my home.

  Ratti Air and Heat has all 5 stars from me and my household. My overall experience has been very great. My husband and I purchased a home back in May of 2026, and we noticed that there were areas in our home that were not cooling properly. We were told our HVAC system was updated, but unfortunately, we were told otherwise after being informed from this company. We received a letter in the mail for their services and decided to give a call, which was the best decision we’ve made. First and foremost, our firsthand experience with Anthony was great. He’s very knowledgeable and straightforward, but he is also not pushy for sales. He gave us the ample opportunity as homeowners to decide what is best for us. He did say he would give us time to decide in a few months what our decision would be, but after speaking with my husband, we decided that our roof, done with all brand-new duct work, would be the best decision. The handymen that came and did our work were on time, professional, and respectful of our property. Our home has since now improved drastically. We have a better cooling system all throughout our home. So far, we have zero complaints to make about this company. My review is very honest, and I was not paid to make this review. If you are a homeowner like myself, and are looking to upgrade your home cooling and heat system, Ratti Air and Heat is a very great option. Their prices are not expensive, but they are not cheap either, and it’s all based on how your finances are looking. Also, please be mindful you have to have a great credit score and, as I said, an excellent financial background. Otherwise, in a more professional manner, your goose is cooked. Also, you can’t expect a cheap price, you want an improved system pay the costs. As for me and my house, we got the ball rolling for our home to be updated the next business day.

  PAID OVER 25K. AC STILL BROKEN. We made the mistake of calling Ratti Air to diagnose why our AC had suddenly stopped working. They pressured us into a same-night $25,500 ductwork replacement, describing our ducts as having "stage 3 cancer" and dismissing every alternative as a temporary fix. The installation failed its county permit inspection for multiple code violations. Our AC failed five additional times post-"completion". An independent licensed contractor assessed the identical scope at approximately $4,000 — and confirmed that mold in ductwork does not cause AC failure, which was the sole justification for the entire recommendation. We engaged the owner directly, retained legal counsel, and exhausted every good-faith avenue for resolution. Their response was indifference and legal threats. We recovered $6,000 via credit card dispute after our bank independently reviewed the evidence and ruled in our favor. Formal complaints have been filed with the Florida DBPR and Attorney General's office. A review of their other customer feedback reveals a consistent pattern of the same experience. If you are considering significant HVAC work, obtain multiple quotes and under no circumstances allow urgency or fear to drive a same-night financial decision of this magnitude. If there's anything we can get out of this, I hope others learn from our experience and think twice about letting these people into your home.
