  Please hire more people like Tyler and please give him a raise. Also, if you can, promote him so he can train others to be like him. Tyler diagnosed our problem and fixed it promptly all while reminding extremely polite and respective, also without over charging us or finding things what weren't an issue. I will request Tyler every time we need service or repairs. It is 2026 with a lot of negativity in the world. It was very refreshing to meet Tyler and to realize that he is so young and respectful. His work ethic and demeanor are characteristics all companies should seek when looking for employees to hire to build their brand. Thank you Tyler and Thank you Strada for having him as a representative of your company. Excellent decision. GIVE TYLER A PROMOTION AND A RAISE. Don’t risk loosing him by waiting.

  Called for an a/c service, tech arrived and did a quick inspection told me my drain line was clogged and needed to be flushed said that it would cost $136. I noddingly agreed and he went ahead with the service and I went back in the house. Approximately 20 or so minutes later he came back in said he was all finished and proceeded to hand me a bill for $280 while telling me there was an additional $115 charge that he's giving me "a break on" a feeble attempt to placate me for simply doubling instead of tripling the bill without approval. He then balks at my attempt to pay by check, I foolishly handed my debit card only to have my account "accidentally" double charged $560 and then told it would take about 2 weeks to get charged back to my bank. He preformed my a/c service while a brand new filter sat literally on the floor between him and the unit and apparently was just too much for him to handle, because it was still sitting on the floor when he left. Above and beyond at it's finest, billing scam possibly and this guy's running for public office. Spare us all please.
