  Called Restorpros and they sent Alejandro and Sherman very quickly and they were fantastic. They thoroughly assessed each area and most importantly provided great communication about what they were doing and what we should do. Truly professional. They called and gave us an accurate time frame for their arrival and knew approximately how long they would be there. I highly recommend thee company and especially the two who served our home.

  We have been in the property management business for over 30 years and have had to deal with many companies providing several mold accessment and restoration and non has impressed us more with their professionalism, punctuality, Price, attention to detail and overall attention to customer satisfaction. I would recommend and continue to use for all our mold problems and flood restorations.

  Trigg was such a help today. I called him with concerns of a musty, mildew-y smell coming from our AC vents when the air is blowing. We also had just discovered a leak in our chimney and some mold on wooden furniture. Within two hours, he himself was at our house checking everything out. He was able to use a hygrometer to see that the humidity was very high coming from our vents, indicating an issue with our AC system. He pointed us in the right direction for next steps - contacting our HVAC company and getting the ducts cleaned. He told us that, only after all of that, if we're still smelling the odor from the vents, that we should give him a call back to discuss next steps for mold remediation. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped my husband and I make sense of everything, putting our minds at ease and instilling confidence. I really appreciate he wasn't trying to sell us on anything just to sell it - you could tell his ultimate goal was helping us out, whatever route that meant. We had assumed we needed air testing and were about to pay another company for that, but he was able to steer us in a better direction to spend our money. Of course we hope to resolve this issue with HVAC and duct work, but if we need him down the road with this issue or ever need additional restoration services, he will be the only one we call. I really appreciated that it's also a local company, and he lives nearby us in Clermont.

  Trigg and his team were strongly recommended to us, and I can see why. They went above and beyond and helped but our minds at rest, explaining everything in detail. We have a son with asthma and he took our concerns about mold growth very seriously. We would highly recommend RestoPros to our friends and family. Thanks again Trigg!
