Tech comes here and fixes the issue, which was a faulty 1-pole contactor. Now, I understand I need to pay for the tech’s expertise, company warranty and operational overhead, etc, but the part replacement cost me almost $500 and the same exact part online costs around $13! While I appreciate the service, I felt extremely overcharged.

He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my AC, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how thorough he was. He didn’t just fix the issue and leave—he checked all of my vents to make sure everything was working properly and running efficiently. That level of care made a big difference. On top of that, he went out of his way to help me retrieve the handle of my glasses that had fallen into the unit, which was incredibly kind and not something he had to do. It showed his character and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers. Overall, Kitt was a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.
