From Gary staying late one night after a long day of calls to perform tests to identify the true issue with the air conditioner. From Marcos and Charles being thorough and efficient installing the new air conditioner. To Marcos coming back to do a follow up on the air conditioner to make sure everything was continuing to run smoothly. I appreciate Global Cooling’s help getting us through and we now have air conditioning and heat again!
