  Words can't explain how grateful I am for the workers Roman and Eric! My AC went out and I've been sitting in over 90 degree heat in my house. I kept calling around to different places and almost lost hope until these 2 God sent gentleman showed up. They found a way to work with me to be able to have Air again. I'm so appreciative and may they always stay in good grace! Thank you soo much! 10/10 recommend. And I'm a real person and this is a real review lol not AI.

  BUYER BEWARE! Avoid like the plague! I just confirmed exactly what I suspected to be the case. These guys are absolute crooks and they should be ashamed that this is how they do business. #1, as suspected, their team’s assessment of the issues was totally fabricated. When I called the technician out on his illogical explanation, he then changed his position and said that the thermostat issue was not the face but the internal piece. FALSE. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the thermostat. #2 their price was completely a rip off and I confirmed this when we had somebody else call in to check on the same thing. They tried to charge me close to $800.00 for a $250.00 part. Then the manager called me and said, “I don’t build jobs regularly.” Then, he “confirmed” this price was accurate. Meanwhile I called two different company and the highest price I got for installation and the thermostat was $400.00 Their company, that should take pride in the community it serves, is instead there serving their greed and robbing people for the sake of a short term financial gain. Unreal.

  Failed county inspection twice/ failed home inspection/ improper documentation led home inspector to come back to ensure Del Air actually fixed the failure/ county inspector needed multiple visits Del Air continued to fail / employee begrudgingly made final repairs over weeks / never took pictures to submit to county never sent in documentation to county / this allowed unpaid undocumented lean on property unknown to homeowner for 7 months making settlement holdup

  I purchased a brand new 6 ton unit from this Del Air in July 2024 for a 1800 sq ft home. We have stayed on schedule and consistent with the regular maintenance plan as a part of the 10 year warranty. This past week the unit suddenly stopped cooling. Called out Del Air, they came out to assess and said that the unit is freezing. Not even 2 years old and the unit is freezing. I was told that the unit is leaking and a part needed to be ordered. This was Wednesday night. I called the next day-Thursday and was told that the part was ordered and they technician will be out between 8am-12pm on Friday morning. Well here it is Friday morning and I received a text stating that the part did not come and they are sorry for the inconvenience. It's not even 11am and it is currently 81 degrees. I did not expect to pay $12,000 for a brand new unit for it to have issues in two years. Especially when being in full compliance with their maintenance plan/schedule, in which the system just had maintenance in March 2026. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

  It’s been 3 days I have been waiting . Every time I call for a service , it’s an AI thing that scheduled the service Thursday they said the tech will come between 1-5 pm , I took a day off and even till 7 no one came . When you call the ai just keep repeating the same thing Friday same thing the AI thing said the tech will come in 8-12 slot ,, whole day waited till 6 no one came And Saturday again it said the tech will come and it says it’s coming .. and no one came yet . There is no one to ask , what’s going on ,, atkeast the tech should let me know when I am coming as I have been sitting home all day waiting for Him . Unfortunately the warranty is through del air that I can’t do nothing .. I hope no one else uses del air for there services
