  Del Air came out to diagnose an AC issue. There was a short somewhere in the compressor which caused it to singe. After looking it over, they quoted anywhere from $3500 to $10,000 and said most parts were backordered and would take 2-4 weeks. We asked if they would try to file a claim with the warranty company as it was still covered and they refused. They said it won't be covered as it was an act of nature issue (it was not) and if it was covered, it would add additional weeks to the repair. They then spent the rest of their time here trying to sell us their maintenance plan. We got a second opinion, it was a fraction of the cost, there were no backorders and our AC unit was repaired the next day.

  Had an emergency as my a/c unit went out the night before, in the middle of our Florida summer. I called and they were able to get me in, with an appointment, the same day I called in. Eduardo and Joe came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. They explained the problem and how to fix it. They made the recommended repairs and the a/c is back on. From beginning to end, it was less than 2 hours and fixed. Great service.

  Frank did an outstanding job fixing my air conditioner. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had everything running perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, and Frank definitely does. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.   I can’t recommend them enough! My A/C stopped working, and Frank responded quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it fixed in no time. Frank was professional, honest, and took the time to explain what was wrong without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The pricing was fair, the service was excellent, and my house is finally cool again! If you’re looking for someone reliable who truly knows what they’re doing, this is the company to call.   I came home at 4:30 and had no a/c on a 95 degree day. Called and technician arrived within the 4 hour window given that same evening. Dante and Ethen were both friendly, professional and fixed the problem within the hour for a reasonable cost. Del-air installed my unit 7 years ago and this is the first service call we have needed. I also signed up for their $19.95/month service plan which gave me 15% off last night, 2 maintenance checks per year and electrical and plumbing inspections annually. I wasn’t expecting that, but it seems like a good deal from a good company with good customer service!
