  The home tour was an excellent experience. Kristen did a great job laying out why this home and home site is the best option for our family. Out of the many home builders we've visited, this option is a high choice for us to consider.

  First off, this subdivision is in Incorporated Groveland and 3.2 miles from actual Clermont. The subdivision was approved by Groveland. Secondly, the 80’ lots are good, but the size of the houses will make this a very packed in development and not like the luxury prices they are charging (plus trying to get the Clermont price bump). Thirdly, the neighbor on one side is Lakeridge Winery Vineyards so other than during the August harvest you’ll have a nice view and quiet enjoyment. Lastly, getting on SR-27 North will be difficult until the Wilson Lake Parkway light is installed (2-3 years out per FDOT).
