  AWFUL!!!!!!! My neighbors had a leak which turned out to be our leak. A plumber with this company knocks on the door and wanted $800 to do a quick 20 minute fix. Got another company out quickly for $300. Also a huge no is he turned off our water. Had anything gone wrong, that expense also would have been on us! Please do research, and get estimates before using this company.

  I want to recommend and thank Ark Plumbing for a great job they did at my house the other day. I noticed a water leak under the concrete in my garage and called their company. Tom was able to come out and turn my water off and then his technician Dave came out and fixed my leak. I was so happy they were able to respond fast and fix everything the same day. They were wonderful.

  michael moore was our plumbing repair tech and he did a fantastic job! he quickly and efficiently fixed our plumbing issue. everything was neat and cleaned up before he left. as i had to turn the water to the house off we were very happy with ark plumbing dispatching someone so quickly. michael was here within an hour. i would highly recommend ark plumbing services for any and all plumbing issues! thanks!

  We had a water heater issue and Ark Plumbing came out to diagnose it. They told us a specific part needed to be replaced, and we waited weeks for that part to arrive — during which time my family, including a baby and two young kids, had no hot water. Once they finally installed the part, they told us it still wasn't fixed and that we needed to buy an entirely new water heater. We got a second opinion. The problem was resolved in minutes, and it turned out the part they replaced wasn't even the issue, it wasn't necessary at all. When I asked Ark for a discount given the misdiagnosis and unnecessary repair, they refused, and instead threatened to place a lien on the property if I didn't pay the full ~$1,000 invoice. I paid it under protest to avoid legal complications. I understand parts can be misdiagnosed, but the refusal to take any accountability, combined with pushing a full replacement instead of just fixing the actual problem, and threatening a lien over it, is what makes this a business I can't recommend. Get a second opinion before agreeing to any major repair or replacement with them.
