  Very bad company and very bad policy, they will give you a quote very confused initially and then later charge you with much higher price when the services done, then you will get shocked.. Overpricing, and didn't solved any problem. Then from one problem brings up another one, the purpose is to CHARGE YOU MORE. It could be form $2000 to $20,000

  The worst service and completely unprofessional. We called them to repair our heater. At first, they said they needed to order a part to fix it, and we agreed. After waiting several days for the part to arrive, they still couldn’t fix the heater. Then they suddenly said another part was broken and wanted to charge us an additional $5,500. We did not agree to that. We had already agreed to pay over $700, but nothing was actually fixed. Then they tried to charge us thousands more. We told them we wanted to shop around and have another company inspect it first. Instead of helping, he lectured me for a long time about how to do my job as an agent. Extremely unprofessional and felt like they were trying to rip us off.

  We were very happy with our experience. Mesh arrived on time and he was very professional and explained everything he as going to do. We needed a new water heater and he was able to obtain the new water heater fairly quickly. Installation of the new water heater and removal of the old one went well.

  Thank you Michael. I called Saturday afternoon about 4PM for an emergency situation. Was told he would be there between 6 & 8 PM and sure enough he showed up as promised and took care of the problem and we got water back to the house. Such a lifesaver. He was very efficient and personable and I highly recommend him. Thanks again.

  Micheal was our tech ! He did an amazing job, very thorough, took his time and got the job done . He explained issues and his solutions where it was understandable , and was very nice and respectful . Will deff recommend & if ever have any other issues , we know who to ask for ! :) Thanks for your work Micheal!
