  For a bad situation, the experience with Ark Plumbing, and more specifically Michael Moore was fantastic!. Michael was unable to fix the issue but he definitely gave it all the attention he could. This was an emergency call, with a scheduled arrive between 1am - 4am and Michael showed hours earlier because the schedule opened up. Definitely recommend calling Ark Plumbing for plumbing problems anytime of the day or night.

  Michael is so nice and professional! He made sure he explained everything to me and made an extremely uncomfortable problem feel less stressful! He found the old pipe was misfitted, but he wanted to make sure he got the right sizes for a successful outcome! I will recommend him to everyone I know! And the Demeree family is huge!

  This company is great! Although we had a hiccup along the way with jobs running over schedule and having to reschedule my dishwasher installation, everything after that went smoothly. The installation was done professionally, and I feel confident that everything was installed correctly. They are a little on the pricey side, but for me, the peace of mind knowing the job was done right was worth the extra cost. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

  Richard was so nice, and incredibly patient, answering all my questions regarding the leak around the spigot. He changed the spigot quickly, made sure to double check everything was working properly, and was super nice to my pups! I would absolutely call Ark Plumbing again!

  The service was very fast and efficient. The plumber replaced my gas dryer valve, reattached the dryer, and performed a leak test, all in about 30 minutes. Everything was handled professionally and the issue was resolved. My only concern was the price, which was quite high for the scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with the service itself, but I would recommend getting a price estimate beforehand if possible. I knew what was wrong and needed to be fixed, so I knew about what it should cost and was surprised with my estimate. I still chose to have the work done so I wouldn’t be wasting the 80$ service fee they charge to come out.
