⭐ 1 STAR – Extremely Disappointing Experience. Stay Away! I had a terrible experience with Ark Plumbing Company, and I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring them. They came to my home to repair a very small leak and initially wanted to charge me an outrageous $1,900 for what should have been a relatively minor repair. After discussing the price, I agreed to pay $600, expecting the problem to be fixed properly. Unfortunately, after they completed the work and collected their money, the leak was STILL there! The repair was not done correctly, and they left my home without resolving the problem. I tried calling them multiple times to explain the situation and address my concerns, but they never returned my calls. When I demanded my money back after having to hire another plumbing company to come out and fix the problem properly, they failed to address my concerns. What makes this experience even worse is that I have photographic evidence showing the leak immediately after Ark Plumbing’s repair, as well as pictures showing the proper repair completed by the second company just one day later. I shouldn’t have to pay $600 for a repair that doesn’t fix the problem, then spend more money hiring another company to do the job correctly. This experience was completely unacceptable. Overcharging, leaving a job unfinished, and ignoring a customer’s calls and concerns is not how a professional plumbing company should operate. I would not recommend Ark Plumbing Company based on my experience. Think twice before hiring them. Your money deserves better, and you deserve a company that stands behind its work.

Nothing but raves for Ark Plumbing! I called Tuesday morning after reaching out on Yelp and was immediately given a number to call. My appointment was scheduled for 12-3 and Brian called to tell me he was 30 mins out arrived at 12:30. Brian was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond to get the water heater swapped in a timely manner. I would use them again without hesitation. A job well done!!

Highly recommend Michael — one of the best plumbing experiences I’ve had. Michael was punctual, professional, and clearly knows his craft. He came out to work on my main drain/sewer system, quickly diagnosed the issue, and used a snake to clear the clog. He then ran a camera through the lines so we could actually see the condition of the pipes. While he was in there he also spotted and corrected a bad install left by a previous company, which was a big relief. What stood out most was how honest and transparent he was the entire time. He answered every question I had, explained what he was doing as he went, and never tried to upsell or scare me into extra work. He just fixed the problem the right way and made sure I understood everything. Fast, thorough, and straightforward. If you need sewer or drain work done, call Michael.

I can’t recommend Ark Plumbing Services enough! I called around 9:30 PM with an urgent plumbing issue, and by 11:30 PM, everything had been addressed and fixed. Omesh was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to understand what was going on. He explained everything clearly and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. The quick response, excellent customer service, and professionalism really stood out. I especially appreciate Omesh coming out so late and making sure the issue was resolved. If you ever need a reliable plumber, I highly recommend asking for Omesh. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

Michael arrived on site yesterday and was able to quickly identify the issue, and provide two different methods of resolution. We opted to replace our water heater, and Michael promised that it would be done by the end of the day the next day (which was today). Michael arrived this evening fully prepared and ready to go. He worked quickly and efficiently, and got the job done quicker than anticipated. If I could give more than five stars, I would. The pricing was fair when compared with about four other companies. Ark plumbing was neither the highest nor the lowest priced, but when factoring in speed, quality and price together, they were quite obviously the best choice.
