  A fantastic experience during a stressful time. Connor was dispatched to my house after the house was getting hot and the AC compressor was not running. Connor is very knowledgeable about his trade and remains very calm. He went through the entire system and checked all the boxes. Got everything running and made sure is was working flawlessly. All of this on a Sunday morning when I had a flight out Sunday night. Such peace of mind during a time of uncertainty. Thank you Connor and 3 Guys Master Tradesmen!

  Total HVAC system needed over a Holiday weekend. I have no AC for my dog and i.It broke down but i new it eas old. I decided to give them the job as they were 5 stars. I am in a new home in a new area And that is what i got. A 5 star job the parts were ordered late Friday after ACbroke down and installation on Saturday all day but done to were it worked. They came back after Wednesdays to do the breaker. They sent another contractor to work on the back compressor vert area close up and stucco with paint to match the wall All A+ Work. Thank you for helping me when needed. A+ workers A+ Costomer service. Quick quality work!! FRIDAY night when the AC broke they loaned me 2 standing AC so my dog and i would be safe and cool that night.

  They did a good job but they forgot to turn the valve of my washing machine back on and they didn’t put the dryer vent back to wall and caused a lot of mosquitos to come from the roof and bite me. They should have finished hook everything back as before. One guy claimed because I will replace my dryer anyway so they don’t need to put the vent back but the dryer delivers forgot the other installed kits so the installation of my dryer have moved for another week. Now, I cannot wash my clothes at all now as no water can come through the washing machine. I asked them to come back to finish what they are supposed to finish. They did come back and finish everything back the way it was. Great responsibility. Thanks .

  Tristan is an amazing person! He is not only very professional but honest and friendly! I’ve been through some difficult times as a single older woman and have been taken advantage of I was very disheartened until I met Tristan! Your company is very fortunate to have such an upstanding employee like him!!! I look for to being a part of your yearly maintenance plan! Curt was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and I didn’t feel pushed by any of the suggestions that he made for my electrical issues. He did repair an outlet that was extremely dangerous And not put incorrectly! Overall, I am very impressed with your company and feel comfortable with the quotes you have provided. Refreshing for sure!

  Hands down one of best experiences we’ve had with a service company. We had an A/C issue early evening and the company was quick to respond. Initially we couldn’t get someone out same day; however, the dispatcher called a little while later to say she found someone (Garrett) to help us out. Pricing was very fair considering the work was done after hours. Garrett was extremely professional and thoroughly explained everything when servicing our A/C unit. A very down to earth, genuine person really looking out for the best interest of his customers. When it was evident we needed a new unit, he came back the next morning and was very patient, answered all questions, and ensured we were getting the best option available that fit our home’s needs. Garrett was truly a pleasure to work with. 10/10 would recommend this company (and Garrett) to everyone!
