  I don't know where to begin, but here goes. My Father in law passed away and we didn't know where to start taking care of the house and things that needed attention. My first call to Three Guys put us right at ease. The entire Team and I say Team because there was a lot of people who helped us along the way. The duct work under our parents home was a disaster. Three guys handled it very quickly. They treated our 84 year old uncle who still lives in the house like family. The communication from the office and all technicians were OUTSTANDING. Being over 3 hrs away we had to trust that things were getting done as scheduled. We received text messages when techs were in route and follow up texts to show that things were going as planned with repairs. There is a Reason this company has over 2,000+ 5⭐️ reviews. They truly treat you like family and go above and beyond. Thank you ALL ❤️. We found and trusted the right company. 🙏

  If you’re looking to have HVAC work done right, this is the place. Three Guys is truly everything they claim to be, absolute masters of their craft. From the quoting process with Mario to the installation with Ivan and Chris, the entire team was professional, honest, understanding, and never pushy. The owner, Ari, even personally texted to check in, answer questions, and make sure everything was going smoothly. Their communication is top-notch. They confirmed every appointment and even sent technician profiles beforehand, which was a great touch. Mario took the time to understand exactly what our home needed rather than trying to upsell the most expensive system. Once we approved the quote, they scheduled the install for the very next day, which was a massive relief after being without A/C for a week. The installers, Ivan and Chris, were true perfectionists. Due to circumstances beyond their control, they had to start mid-afternoon. Through intense heat, sudden overcast, and eventually lightning and rain, they worked tirelessly without cutting a single corner. They tested every part of the system thoroughly before moving to the next step and kept me updated the entire time. Even working late into the night, they never rushed just to get home like many companies would. I couldn't be happier with the install or the service. Look no further. This is the team to hire.

  Does anyone ever expect to come home and find their house at 85 degrees on a brutally hot August day? Of course not, but that was my predicament last night. Nick with Three Guys really proved to be a Master Tradesman by quickly diagnosing the problem. He did a wonderful job educating me on my options. He was patient and used lingo I could understand. I really felt that Three Guys brings value to their service and I look forward to working with them in the future. Update: Shane & Dylan installed our new comfort system and Wow! I'm a very happy customer. They were very patient and had really great energy from start to finish, despite a few unexpected issues. They worked calmly through the issues that came up and communicated really well. A final plus for me, is that they were really great with our animals. Not just our dogs, but our ducks too. They were respectful of their space and kept them from escaping the yard. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of staff I've encountered at Three Guys. I'm impressed with the options, the education provided, the quality of the system and it's efficiency! Will refer this company to my neighbors. It's nice to have a locally owned company that can handle it all. If you need something and want great value and quality service, contact Three Guys. You won't regret it.

  I'm updating this review due to the completion of repairs by the Three Guys Master Tradesmen on my HVAC system after the initial diagnosis on August 12, 2026. The most recent services occurred on August 18, 2026 and the Three Guys Master Tradesmen technician was Byron. Byron called and notified me that he was enroute and would arrive at my home at 1045 A.M. Shortly after Byron's call, I received his biography and photo in a text message. I commend the Three Guys Master Tradesmen management team for this action because of safety considerations. My family's safety and security are of the upmost importance to me. Byron arrived promptly at 1045 A.M. which was inside the appointment window. He was dressed professionally in a company uniform with his name on it. I take being on time very seriously and it serves as an indicator of the professionalism of the company that desires my business. Once on site, Byron introduced himself and explained by step what he was going to do to place my HVAC system back in order. This mainly consisted of replacing the evaporator coil and the estimated time that the repairs should take. I asked if the initial quote provided at the earlier diagnosis had changed and he gave me the same quote from last week. Byron went about completing the task of repairing my HVAC system and he finished almost at the precise time he had earlier estimated. My entire family were relieved as he brought our HVAC system back online and started cooling our home on one of the hottest days of the year. Thanks Byron, we really appreciate your expertise and untiring efforts to make us comfortable again. I am very satisfied that I chose Three Guys Master Tradesmen to repair our HVAC system and will look to them for my future HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing needs. The future vouchers are an added bonus and show that you guys care about customer service. My final comments are for the owner. Sir, you have created a special company that I am happy to have conducted business with, and I look forward to working with your team in the future. Your technicians are the best and hardest working guys in the industry who really love their jobs and helping customers. Although I'm limited to giving your business a 5 Star rating on Google, I rate you 10 out of 10 for the positive interactions with the two guys that worked at my home, and the knowledge and skills that other team members from the young lady who took my initial after hours call to Kara and Matt, who both tried to deconflict a scheduling issue for me. Business like yours are a throwback to the ways that things used to be done, and it is very refreshing to have conducted business with your company. After reviewing local HVAC repair companies on Google, I selected Three Guys Master Tradesmen based on the feedback from customer reviews. They provide a critical service during the hottest and most challenging part of the year by repairing failing a/c systems and my system needed repairing as soon as possible. The technician providing support to me today was Conner. Conner is the ultimate professional who explained in detail what was going on with my system using terms that were clear and concise. He arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and asked for info about what I believed was the problem with the a/c. He then briefed me about his plans to troubleshoot the system and set about diagnosing my a/c issues. About a hour later, he walked me through what problems he had found and possible solutions. Turns out that I have an evaporator coil leak which he showed me on the video that he took while diagnosing the system. He also carefully explained the repair process and made it easier to commit to the repair. Although the initial repairs are temporary, I feel confident that I selected the best team, and that Three Guys Master Tradesmen are the best company for this project based on Conner’s performance and our interaction. Great job Conner!

  If anyone out there is reading reviews and considering hiring this company, DO NOT HESITATE!! If their work (which I am scheduled to have done tomorrow) is anything like the wonderful young man I had out today, I know I am in good hands. Eric came to the house, accessed the problem and gave me options for the repairs. He didn’t just try to sell me on the most expensive repairs. He was honest enough to give me pros and cons regarding both repairs, and left the decision up to me. At no time did I feel pressured. Eric took the time to explain everything to me and show me why I was having the problems. Let me tell you, to a female in her eighties I felt that Eric was honest, polite and personable. Thank You Three Guys! THANK YOU, ERIC!!! Update: Work Completed!! And just as I expected, “Three Guys, Master Tradesmen “ was such a pleasure to deal with. Especially when the company has employees like Bobby and Shane. These two gentlemen were Superb! They were professional, respectful, courteous and honest. I had to leave my house for a couple of hours and I felt completely comfortable leaving my house unlocked. Bobby and Shane arrived on time and literally worked like dogs for hours. If Bobby and Shane are representative of this company’s staff, it’s no wonder the company is so highly rated and respected. Three Guys, Master Tradesmen will undoubtedly be my “go to choice “ from this day forward, and I will happily recommend the company to anyone who asks. Thank You Bobby and Shane!!
