Could not find where drip was originating but was very accommodating to try and find out but limited access and not proper equipment. He was very helpful that is we found someone to source the leak and was from an area of air conditioning not accessible to let company know and they will come up with a plan

A week without air conditioning for a family of five in the hot florida summer. Poor communication with the office from the beginning. If I hadn't called every day, I still don't think we would have air conditioning two weeks Later.
The compressor went out of the AC, and it took 5 days for them to find the part. It arrived on Friday, but they would not send a technician over on Saturday to install it. They made this family wait untill Monday but expected their payment immediately of $4400.
Never again! I will use ARS rescue rooter, next time. I should have called them to begin with, but I wanted to give a c guy a chance, big mistake.
The air-conditioning guy of Tampabay was very good in keeping me informed of my appointment. The repairman, Alberto, very professional and completed the job giving me details of what was happening and what he was doing. He made suggestions to help. Keep my unit, clean and check for issues. I would highly recommend these guys your air-conditioning needs.

Chris was absolutely amazing!
Extremely knowledgeable, honest, polite, he explained everything in detail.
Our AC went out this evening around 6:45pm. 80+ degrees in our home. We had a few service calls in front of us, but Chris kept us informed of his arrival time. It is reassuring to know that Chris and The AC Guy of Tampa Bay go above and beyond for their customers. We signed up for a service plan with low monthly fee, for peace of mind.
Chris is definitely a true asset to this company.

This review is a for a rental house (I live in another state). I signed up for their twice a year maintenance plan and they came out to do the maintenance. They sent me an email for 4 options of things that they recommended:
1: new capacitor ($362).
2: new capacitor ($426), easy start ($411).
3: new capacitor ($426), easy start ($411), UV light ($385).
4: new capacitor ($426), soft start (599), UV light ($385), surge protector ($397).
He called me to go over everything and when I asked questions, he was just reading off a piece of paper and talking about the easy start product says it does. It felt like he didn't know his stuff. I wasn't comfortable with moving forward when them.
I called Newton's heating and air, and they came out a few days later. They just said I needed a new capacitor (their cost was only $199). They didn't recommend a easy start/soft start unless we had a generator. Their maintenance plan is also much cheaper than the AC Guy of Tampa. They also told me that the drain line still had a lot of algae in it and they cleaned it out. They also added a p-trap to the drain line to help prevent future algae build up.
It seems that the AC Guy of Tampa was more interested in up-selling me, than actually properly servicing the AC system.
