  Mauricio and the AC Guy of Tampa went above and beyond to get my system back online quicker than anticipated. After being told that the soonest the repair could be made would be by the end of the week. After returning to the office Mauricio was informed the repair part was found in stock. Mauricio immediately grabbed the parts and returned to my residence to install the parts after his work day had ended. Mauricio went above and beyond to ensure I would not be without A/C for 2 more days. He and the AC Guy of Tampa are clearly customer focused. Well done to Mauricio and all involved. Thank you for your professionalism and customer service.

  Sunday night had no AC. Albert came to the rescue, knew exactly wjat the issue was, had the part in his truck and fixed it immediately. Great service, very friendly and professional!

  We had our maintenance check up today on our AC. Mauricio brought us up to date on some areas and did an excellent job on explaining the system and what he did. AC Guy has always provided great Techs. THANK YOU MAURICIO!

  A/C check as no cool air was coming out. Gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. He reached out to co-workers for further information on my a/c brand as brand was put in differently. Unfortunately, I would have to deal with no a/c until Owner- HOPEFULLY- gives the approval and pays for it. Overall, very reliable company and staff!

  We have used the AC Guys for 2 years to maintain our AC system. We pay a small monthly fee and they clean & check our system every 6 months. We noticed our lights were flickering every time the AC turned on, they came out in 2 days did a complete check up and it turned out our 12 year old system was too expensive to fix. 2 days later they replaced our system & being customers we received a good discount. 2 techs showed up about 8am Ryan & Alfredo. They did a fantastic job and really left the place clean. We are life time customers now, that's how happy we are I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "The AC Guys of Tampa"
