  I felt compelled to leave this review after months of ongoing issues that still have not been resolved. From the beginning, communication has been extremely frustrating. I’ve made numerous phone calls where I was promised a callback, only to never hear back. Emails were rarely, if ever, answered. When we were finally able to get a technician out, we often had to ask for updates, and we were not given a clear explanation of what was happening with the machine. What makes this situation especially frustrating is that the machine had been running smoothly for more than seven years with no issues. We originally contacted the company for a routine cleaning and preventative maintenance service. Since that service, we have had nothing but problems. The machine may work for a day or two, then stop again. It will produce ice and then begin cycling and beeping without actually making any more ice. We have repeatedly called and practically begged for someone to come back and address the problem. At this point, we have had approximately nine service visits, often with a different technician each time, yet we are still dealing with the exact same issue: a machine that does not reliably make ice. We have followed all of the recommendations we have been given and have routinely cleaned the area around the machine, even though it is located in a busy environment. We never experienced these problems before the original service. What has been most disappointing is the lack of urgency, communication, and accountability. Every time we have managed to get in touch, there seems to be another excuse, whether it is being too busy or something else, rather than a genuine effort to identify and resolve the problem. As of now, we are still waiting for another technician to come out, and we still do not have a consistently functioning ice machine. We are not asking for anything unreasonable. We simply want to continue doing business in a professional manner, have our equipment properly serviced, and have the issue actually resolved. Unfortunately, after months of dealing with this and approximately nine service visits, we are still waiting for that to happen.

  A man from this company tailgated, chased, and trapped my mother and I in a parking lot after she changed lanes in front of him. We had to call the police and play it through the speakers of our car in order to make him leave, and leave us alone. Women BEWARE!!!
