  Justin was wonderful to deal with! He kept me informed in every step of the process. I was in another state when the remediation was performed, and it couldn't have gone smoother! Love the process. no need to tear anything out like the other companies demand. Excellent!

  Justin was a pleasure to work with. Very prompt, detail oriented and answered all of my many questions. I had a pipe in my kitchen that had been leaking for a very long time before I noticed. When the plumber came to fix it, he noticed black mold growing on my brand new cabinets and on my walls. After contacting many water restoration companies that were outrageously priced and wanted me to be out of my house for at least 2 weeks, I contacted Mold Experts and they offered me a MUCH better price! They removed all the mold and I only had to be out of the house a few hours. I was also able to keep my cabinets! I would highly recommend this company.

  We had a leak in a shower wall and there was subsequent moisture in the baseboards and carpeting in a bedroom behind the shower. We repaired the wall. Mold experts located all the problem areas not only in the shower but located another possible area in the laundry room. They began by dehumidifying the house for 1 week. They came back and determined everything was dry except for one small spot where a double jack (near 2 2x4's) had absorbed more water. They continued to dehumidify for another week after which they began a short process of utilizing their method of treating the entire house with an atomized spray which I won't detail here (it does smell like vinegar for a few days but dissipates). They had a quality control measure and decided to retreat the house (at no additional cost). Upon the second treatment the QA air samples came back within their standards. I found the them to be friendly, professional, thorough and cost effective compared to other possible solutions. Finally, they have a 1 year guarantee.
