- DSDallas StarMay 11, 20265.0My AC went out and called another company that said my unit was fried and I needed a whole new unit. 15,800. Then I called a second company who didn't look at my unit and said 9,600 better! However a friend of mine who is an electrician suggested I get a 3rd quote from Lindsey who he has used in the past. I did, and the greatest tech came out. A man, an honest man named Chris. He has been doing AC for awhile. He looked at my unit and said all you need is a capacitor. He put in the part which was affordable! He cleared my line, did a few more checks etc.. Chris took time to educate me as well. So my AC is running as cold and good as ever. one company 15,800, second company 9,600 and honest and great work out door 313.00. CAN YOU SAY AMEN! Huge difference. They have my business for life.
