  The hottest day of the year, my air conditioner went out, I called Jack Joyner, and they made an appointment for me first thing the next morning. They were very communicative and let me know when they would be showing up. Michael arrived about 10:15 Within the first 15 minutes of the timeslot, they gave me. Michael was very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed it within 45 minutes and cool air was blowing. I highly recommend Jack Joyner for air-conditioning repairs.
