  I knew I wanted a water softener of some kind. The only question was which company to go with, and I’m really glad I chose Countryside Water. Justin was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was responsive and friendly throughout the process. Since this is a smaller company, the experience felt much more personal than dealing with a large company. Everything has been going great with the system so far, and honestly, I should have done this a long time ago! I also feel confident that if I ever run into any problems, Justin and Countryside Water will be there to help. I’m very happy with my decision and would definitely recommend them.

  Just wanted to take a minute and let people know about Countryside Water. The owner Justin has been doing our water system maintenance since we first had it installed by him. The service provided couldn’t been any better. Always available to assist with any issues, which we’ve not had any. If anything does arise, Justin is easily reached and is usually able to get to us either that day or within 24 hours. The system itself has been great. The difference in the water is amazing. I highly recommend this business. It’s veteran owned and it’s all very professional.

  Justin went above and beyond my expectations installing my new Reverse Osmosis unit! I did the research on prices for RO units and installation the night before, very reasonable! He also went out of his way picking up and installing a new kitchen faucet for me which I am so grateful to him for! I called originally for a checkup on my water softener unit. My neighbor recommended Countryside Water and Im so glad I followed her recommendation! Thank you Kim and Justin!!

  My name is Jessica Azarelo and I am the Owner of Attic Queen, a local home service company who had recently joined the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce. My first official meeting as soon as I walked in I noticed a pretty woman with a glow and a smile to her. We all went around the room and introduced ourselves and when it was her turn I was sold! Kim is the owner of Countrywide Water which is a locally/family owned company company that her father started 40 years ago!! I’m very much into health and wellness and understand the importance of drinking good water! I set up an appointment and Kim came out and tested my water, explained what I had going on and what she recommended. She was not pushy at all and I think she was a little shocked when I wanted to get it installed right away!! Setting up the install was seamless! Her husband Justin came for the install within the week and I’ve been loving it ever since, Athena the Bulldog too! As of recent I was having a slight issue with the pressure of it coming out and within hours Justin showed up with who I think is the real boss, their daughter Aria! Back to great again!!! I can’t recommend Countryside Water! Support local!!!!!!!
