- BIBrad Irby3 days ago1.0My order was late from the start. The cabinets arrived but not the counter tops so I had to wait an additional week. When the counter tops arrived they were broken so I waited another week. When they were installed there were gaps in the glued on laminate on the edges, leaving a large black mark they tried to cover with caulk. Through all of this i was never contacted by the office to get status, I always had to contact them. When the countertops showed up nobody notified me until the delivery man was outside calling to ask where I was. I asked for a rebate after all the screwups and Martha said she would look into it, then ghosted me. Now they won't return my calls. For good service, look elsewhere.
