  The tech did a thorough inspection of our brand new generator to troubleshoot a problem that the battery is not seeing AC power. He couldn’t definitely discover an issue and felt is was the controller. Service has ordered a new replacement. Thanks for bringing thorough. .

  Matt from GenerX came to for a service call. I appreciated receiving a text notifying me he was on his way and received a call from him when he arrived. Although he found the issue, he ran through a battery of other tests to make certain there were no other problems. Issue fixed! I appreciate working with such a reliable company.
